摘 要

随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，越来越多的大企业在全球范围内迅速扩张。然而，公司规模的扩大却使这些企业出现了经营成本加大、管理效率降低等问题。上个世纪八十年代，福特、通用等公司建立了财务共享服务模式，并在全球流行开来，经过30多年的发展，财务共享服务模式已经成为大企业解决财务信息决策有用性问题最经济、最有效的工具。

财务共享服务模式发展到现在，已经成为一种大数据下的“财务云”服务。但我国企业对财务共享服务模式的运用仍处于起步阶段。2005年，中兴通讯建立财务共享服务中心，成为我国第一个运用财务共享服务模式的企业。随后，财务共享服务模式在我国逐渐推广开来。

财务共享服务模式是基于流程再造和信息技术的企业财务信息集中处理方法。财务共享服务中心是财务共享服务模式的表现形式，财务共享服务中心是一个机构或部门，而财务共享服务模式是这个机构或部门运行的流程和原则。论文将以一般企业财务共享服务中心的设计来研究财务共享服务模式在我国的应用。

本文运用文献综述法对财务共享服务理论在国内外的研究进行了梳理；用案例研究法对中兴通讯、中广核、花旗银行三种财务共享服务模式进行了对比分析；在总结三种财务共享服务模式的基础上，对我国一般企业如何构建财务共享服务模式进行了流程设计，提出了我国一般企业开发运用财务共享服务模式的相关建议，以期为财务共享服务模式在我国企业的推广应用提供参考。

Abstract

With the development of economic globalization and information technology, more and more large enterprises are expanding rapidly in the global scope. However, the expansion of the scale of the company makes these enterprises have the problems such as increased operating costs, lower management efficiency and so on. In the eighties of the last century, Ford, GM and other companies established financial shared services model, and in the global popularity, after 30 years of development, financial shared service model has become large enterprises to solve the problem of decision usefulness of financial information the most economical, the most effective tool.

Financial Shared Services model has become a big data under the financial cloud services. But the application of the Financial Shared Service Model in our country is still in the initial stage. In 2005, ZTE set up a Financial Shared Service Center, which is the first enterprise to use financial shared service mode in our country. Subsequently, the financial sharing service model in our country gradually spread.

Financial shared service model is a centralized processing method of enterprise financial information based on Process Reengineering and information technology. Financial Shared Service Center is a form of financial shared service model, Financial Shared Service Center is an institution or department, and the financial shared service mode is the process and principle of the organization or department. This article will study the application of Financial Shared Service Model in China based on the design of general enterprise financial shared service center.

In this article, literature review of Financial Shared Service Theory in the domestic and foreign research of the sort; on the method of case study of ZTE, CGN, Citigroup Inc three financial shared service model were compared and analyzed; in summary three financial shared service model based on, to domestic enterprises how to build financial shared service mode of the design flow proposed our country enterprise development use of financial shared service model, to Finance Shared Service Model in the promotion and application of China's enterprises to provide reference.

1.1 研究背景

随着经济全球化进程的不断加快，企业全球化使得越来越多的跨国集团在全球迅速扩张。面对企业日新月异的变化与激烈的竞争，企业管理思想创新，管理工具的创新成为必然。移动互联网、云计算和大数据等信息技术的广泛运用将企业信息管理推入一个新的时代。海量的数据爆炸式的增长，移动互联网为数据传输提供了媒介，云计算技术使处理方式发生变化，企业运用大数据进行数据的收集和分析，技术创新为企业扩张和管理思想的变革提供了技术支撑。

随着公司规模的日益壮大、产品多元化问题、经营国际化等一系列管理决策使得公司急需将企业的大数据进行整合，并对数据进行处理和分析，财务共享服务模式已被公认为是解决这些问题的最有效、最经济的一种新型管理模式。美国福特、通用公司于上世纪八十年代首先建立财务共享服务模式，随后在全球传播开来，英国注册会计师协对建立财务共享服务模式的企业进行了调查，发现世界500强企业中有一半以上企业建立了财务共享服务模式。
