摘 要

近年来，大学生创业活动越来越受到政府当局和社会公众的普遍关注，通过大学生自主创业，既可以在一定程度上解决当前大学生就业难的现状，又可以为社会提供更多的就业岗位。现如今，我国大力开展大学生自主创业教育，设立了多个扶持大学生创业企业的基金，同时，还出台了一系列金融扶持政策，为大学生自主创业提供了一个非常良好环境，鼓励和支持大学生积极进行创业活动。但是，在创业过程中，大多数大学生创业企业都遇到了融资难的问题，由此造成的资金短缺使得许许多多的大学生创业企业最终面临失败。本文在对大学生创业融资特点和大学生创业融资模式分析的基础上，从当代大学生创业融资问题入手，阐述现状，对大学生创业融资中存在的问题进行了概括和探讨，较为全面地总结了目前大学生创业者在融资渠道上的七个选择及其各自的优缺点，并对大学生创业融资模式提出了创新的建议。

Abstract

In recent years, university students' innovative undertaking receives more and more attention from government and society. Through college students' autonomous entrepreneurship, we can not only solve the current situation of the employment of college students, but also provide more jobs for the community. Nowadays, the authority pushes independent undertaking concept with great efforts for young graduate students, it has been built lots of poverty relief funds. At the same time, also introducing a series of financial support policies, providing a very good environment for college students to start their own business, encouraging and supporting the students to actively carry out entrepreneurial activities. However, in the process of entrepreneurship, most college students have encountered the problem of financing difficulties, which caused the most of college student start-ups finally fail for the shortage of funds. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of College Students' entrepreneurial financing and the mode of venture capital financing, Starting with the current situation of College Students' venture financing, this paper summarizes and discusses the problems existing in the venture financing of university students’ entrepreneurs. It summarizes the seven choices and their advantages and disadvantages of the current college students' entrepreneurs in financing channels, and puts forward suggestions on the innovation of College Students' entrepreneurial financing model.

1.1选题目的及意义

1.1.1 选题背景和目的

经过30多年的市场化经济改革，通过定义产权相关资源的不同程度的个体，中国经济取得了世界上的伟大成就堪称中国奇迹。随着这种快速增长的市场规模，分工越来越细，以人为本的各种资源的经济价值也迅猛的提高。这大大激励了个人从事创业活动，以利用市场机制来实现其人力资源的潜在收益，其中，大学生群体也是它的一个组成部分。目前，中国经济正面临着产业结构升级和创新型国家的转变，大学生自身也正经历着就业困难的尴尬。

创业是活动人对其本身所持有的资本或者经过努力对可以得到的资本进行积累、合理配置，进而缔造出更多资本的社会活动过程^[1]。大学生群体知识水平普遍较高，充满活力，乐于创新，是重要的创业主体。然而，由于许多原因，大学生的创业的发展在中国并不顺利，其中，表现最突出的问题之一就是大学生创业融资困难，在大学生创业失败的主要原因中占了70.5%的比重。大学生创业融资困难，一方面源于其创业特征，如“创业者缺乏社会经验”、“高校创业教育发展滞后”分别占了15.70%和10.80%的比重；在另一方面，更重要的是，我们的大学生创业融资模式也有着一定的缺陷，从而导致大学生的融资甚至创业活动效率不高^[1]。
