摘 要

随着现阶段我国社会主义经济及教育事业的蓬勃发展，升学率普得到普遍提高，学生信息量级也呈上升趋势。因此，传统的纸质记录方式已经不能满足学生信息的存储、管理以及查询。

本文即针对该问题，从高校传统信息管理方式的不足以及对信息管理的高效性和规范化的要求出发，设计了一个基于B/S架构的资源型学生信息系统；在面对学生信息量日益冗余、繁琐的情况下，作为一个自动化的信息管理系统，只需一个浏览器入口，可以为管理人员提供一个高效、灵活的信息管理平台，学生提供实时的查询功能。

该系统的前端静态界面由HTML、CSS绘制，页面的动态功能通过JavaScript及Jquery实现，目的是给用户呈现一个和谐的人机交互界面；系统后端逻辑部分由PHP编写，web服务器采用当今最流行的Apache，并结合MySQL关系型数据库来实现前后端的数据交互。通过以上语言及相关技术的结合，学生信息的管理方式从低效、繁琐走向高效、简洁，极大地增强高校信息存储和处理能力。

Abstract

With the vigorous development of China's socialist economy and education at this stage, the enrollment rate has been generally improved, and the enrollment scale of colleges and universities has been continuously expanded and the amount of student information has become more and more huge. Therefore, the traditional paper record method has been unable to meet the student information storage, management and query.

This paper designs a resource-based student information system based on B/S structure from the shortcomings of traditional information management methods and the requirement of high efficiency and standardization of information management. In the face of the increasing amount of student information,cumbersom circumstances, as an automated information management system, only a browser entrance,you can provide managers with an efficient and flexible information management platform, students provide real-time query function.

The front-end static interface of the system is drawn by html and css. The dynamic function of the page is realized by javascript and jquery. The purpose is to give the user a harmonious human-computer interaction interface. The back-end logic part of the system is written by php,Of the xache, and combined with mysql relational database to achieve the front and back of the data interaction. Through the combination of the above languages and related technologies, the management of student information from inefficient, cumbersome to efficient, simple, greatly enhance the university information storage and processing capacity.

第1章 绪论

1.1课题研究背景

目前，我国经济教育事业的快速提高致使学生人数扩大，这使得学生信息所带来的数据量也将进一步扩大，传统的人工管理方式渐渐无法对这些信息进行有效的管理和及时更新^[1]，复杂的流程也将阻碍信息获取的实时性。而且目前，我国仍有一部分高校，在一些重要的学生信息上采用的是人工管理，停留于纸质基础之上，这样的管理方式已经不能适应这个不断发展的时代。

如图1-1所示，是一个简单的学生信息管理系统例图。在管理方式上，传统人工管理的方式已经无法有效地对庞大的学生信息进行存储、管理和查询。如何对这些学生信息进行高效、准确地管理也成为各高校所面临的一个挑战，手动纸质管理在高校学生信息管理中起到过很长时间的作用，但是在面对学生信息量愈加繁琐、冗余的情况下，纸质管理所带来的工作量将更加巨大，同时也会对高校带来很多不必要的人力和资源的浪费。现今，计算机技术不断发展，依托于数据库和计算机软件技术的管理系统也层出不穷，极大地方便了管理者和用户们的使用流程，也极大地降低了传统的人工成本。对于高校的学生信息管理工作来说，传统的人工管理机制必定将被成熟的以计算机技术为基础的学生信息管理系统所取代。
