摘 要

随着知识经济时代的到来，各国的竞争主要是创新型人才的竞争。创新教育一直处于教育领域优先发展的战略要地，目前我国的中小学和高等教育阶段的创新教育研究正在如火如荼地开展，幼教领域的相关研究却不是很广泛。幼儿时期正是培养创新精神的黄金时期，有关幼儿创新教育的研究亟待丰富。信息化时代的来临为幼教创新课堂注入了新的活力，如何有效地运用现代信息技术手段优化幼教课堂，是值得探究的问题。

本文在查阅文献和实地调研幼教课堂的基础上，提出了幼教创新课堂的设计策略和设计步骤，设计步骤主要从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、信息技术教学环境和教学评价体系五个方面作了论述。然后结合大班课程《认识多米诺》，在武汉市的流芳幼儿园的信息技术环境下，设计了一个幼教创新课堂，并在实际课堂教学中加以运用，使用观察法记录实验现象，并通过访谈参与实验的教师评估课堂教学效果，总结信息技术环境下幼教创新课堂的设计和运用情况，得出相应结论。

本文的创新点主要有三点，第一是在幼教课堂的教学目标中引入幼儿创新人格培养，第二是构建了信息技术环境下幼教创新课堂的“引导—探究—创新”教学模式，第三，在信息技术环境应用策略中提出了幼教课堂中教师移动终端的应用策略。

Abstract

With the coming of the knowledge economy time, the goal of the competition among countries is mainly creative talents. Innovative education has been holding a strategically important position with priority given to its development in the field of education. At present, the research of innovative education is being carried out in full swing in Chinese primary and secondary schools and higher learning institutions, while it’s not researched extensively in the field of preschool education. Preschool period is a golden age for the cultivation of innovative spirit, so the research of innovative preschool education urgently needs to be strengthened. The advent of information age has added new vitality to innovative preschool education, making it an issue worth exploring on how to effectively use modern information technology means for the optimization of preschool classroom.

Based on a review of literature and a field investigation of preschool classroom, this paper put forward a design strategy and procedure for innovative preschool classroom, and touched upon the design procedure from a perspective of teaching objective, teaching content, teaching pattern, information technology teaching environment and teaching assessment system. It then designed an innovative preschool classroom based on senior kindergarten course Introduction to Domino in accordance with the information technology environment of Liufang Kindergarten in Wuhan, and applied it to practical classroom teaching, recording the experimental phenomena by observational method. Afterwards, it evaluated the classroom teaching effect by interviewing the teachers that participated in this experiment to sum up the design and application of innovation preschool classroom in an information technology environment, coming to corresponding conclusions.

There are three innovations in this paper. First, the cultivation of children’s innovative personality was introduced into preschool classroom teaching objectives; second, a “guidance-inquiry-innovation” teaching pattern was set up for innovation preschool classroom in an information technology environment; third, a strategy was put forward in the application strategy of information technology environment for the application of a mobile teaching terminal in preschool classroom.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景及意义

全国基础教育工作会议明确指出，全面推进素质教育的重点是发展创新教育，而创新课堂是推进创新教育的主渠道。所谓创新课堂，就是将课堂权利放归于学生，解放学生个体心灵的课堂[^[1]]，其目标是培养具备创新素质的人才。幼儿阶段的儿童蕴藏着巨大的创新潜能，思维可塑性极强。因此，幼教创新课堂对整体推进素质教育有重要意义。

信息技术能把声音、图文有机的结合在一起，为幼儿创设学习情境，激发幼儿的学习兴趣，充分调动他们的各种感官参与教学活动，形成良好的人机互动，开拓幼儿的思维，培养他们的创新精神^[[2]]。由此可见，信息技术为创新课堂的创建注入了新的活力，但是目前幼教课堂中还存在信息技术的应用主要是为教师的教服务，教师的教学理念、教学流程、教学方法以及学生的学习方式还没有根本转变，还广泛存在着信息技术的不恰当使用，因此研究信息技术环境下幼教创新课堂的设计有重要意义。

本研究可以帮助幼教教师充分认识信息技术的优势，利用信息技术创建创新课堂，给幼教课堂教学改革提供新思路。同时，也可以为幼儿园或相关幼教机构完善课堂教学设施和进行资源建设提供参考。
