ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the passive energy-saving strategy on the overall layout and monomer design of officebuilding in hot summer and cold winter area, such as orientation, shape, gray space, etc. And it advocated theways to save energy, protect the environment by the design techniques rather than by increasingequipmentinvestment, thereby to create civilians green building.
