任务要求 specification requirements 本次设计不仅仅强调建筑的地域性、公共性、社会性和文化性，还需要将建筑设计与城市设计紧密的结合起来，与城市肌理充分对话和融合，利用有限的空间规划设计出具有多样性、人性化、高品质的公共空间。

既有强烈的时代感，又不脱离当地文化特征的辐射圈。

2.1 城市设计 urban design 以”宝安1990”建筑及其广场为核心，联系周边的道路交通系统、公共设施、地下空间而完成的一个总体的环境优化工程，是一个城市设计。
