摘 要

随着我国经济的发展，人们对社会保障、社会服务、社会福利等方面的需求越来越高，整个社会需要大量的社会工作专业人员运用专业知识来解决这些社会问题。然而，我国普遍偏低的社会工作专业认同度和较低的社工专业学生的从业意愿，使得我国专业社工人才的补给严重不足。

本文围绕“认同与选择”展开研究，即对学生的专业认同感和学生选择就业的情况展开研究。通过研究前人已有的文献，对社会工作、专业认同和从业意愿等相关问题进行分析。总结归纳出当前我国社会工作专业的专业认同度较低、从业意愿也较低的现状，并从宏观、中观、微观三方面找出影响社会工作专业认同的因素。最后，笔者提出加强体制建设、强化专业教育、提升个人能力等具体的对策建议。

Identification and selection: An investigation of the employment intention of students in social work major

Abstract

With China's economic development, the people the demands are getting higher and higher to the social security, social service, social welfare and other aspect, the entire society needs the massive social work specialists to utilize the specialized knowledge to solve these social concerns. However, The professional identity of social work in our country is low and the professional students' willingness to work is low, causes our country specialized social worker talented person's supplies serious insufficiency.

This text circumambience" identification and selection " launches the research, namely launching the research to the circumstance of the student's professional approbation feeling and student the choice employment. Pass to study the cultural heritage that the people of the past have already have, approve to the social work and profession and from the industry will etc. of the related problem carries on the analysis. Summed up China's current social work professional specialty identity degree low, practitioners will also lower status and from the macro, meso, micro find factors that influence the social work profession identity. At last, the author puts forward the specific strategies to strengthen the system construction, strengthen the professional education, improve the ability of individuals and other recommendations.

一、引言

（一）选题缘由

1.选题背景

随着经济、政治、文化等进一步的提升，人们的生活水平、生活质量等都在日新月异地发生着变化，但是与此同时，一些尖锐的社会矛盾、社会矛盾也愈来愈显著，例如人口老龄化情况加剧、城乡贫富差距不断拉大、青少年犯罪比率上升等等。这些社会问题的凸显，严重影响社会主义和谐社会的建设。与此同时，人们对社会保障、社会服务、社会福利等方面的需求越来越高，虽然政府以及针对某些问题有了基本的处理措施，但整个社会仍然需要大量的社会工作专业人员运用专业知识来解决这些社会问题。中共中央、国务院在2010年颁布了《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要》，在这个纲要我国计划在2020年要培养专业社工大约145万。 由此可见，我国当前对专业社工的需求量是巨大的，这也进一步印证了专业社工存在的必要性。

另一方面，党在十六届六中全会上作出了“建设一个宏大的社会工作人才队伍”的重要决策。^[1]由此我们可以认为，我国社会工作正在往好的方向发展。但目前的现状是，我国高校社工专业的学生在毕业后选择从事相关职业的意愿较低，大部分本科毕业的社工专业学生在毕业后都选择了其他与专业不相关的或者自己感兴趣的职业。根据相关调查数据显示，截止至2015年，我国开设社会工作专业的高校大约有300多所，每年毕业的社会工作学生以及超过10000人，然而，在所有毕业生中，仅有30%或者更少的学生选择了与社会工作相关的工作。^[2]大量社工专业学生的流失，使得不断增长的社会需求得不到满足，许多显著的社会问题得不到解决。
