摘 要

近年来教师体罚学生的新闻层出不穷，随着时代发展越来越多的学者呼吁尊重学生个性发展，抵制体罚。然而现代对体罚等相关概念的界定并没有明确的界定，教师把握不好惩戒权的范围过度使用惩戒，最终导致体罚。本文通过文献总结，探究体罚的界定，惩戒权的界定；分析教师体罚学生会给学生带来的伤害。从而思考学校社会工作者可以为这些遭受体罚的学生提供哪些服务，学校社会工作者在学校教育中的角色扮演。据了解，目前大多数学校都设置心理课程，配备心理教师，由心理教师为学生提供心理咨询、访谈等关于心理层面的服务。但对于学生这一特殊群体，他们心智发展不成熟，若遭受体罚后不仅仅会产生心理层面的伤害还会产生其他方方面面的问题。面对这些问题，专业的学校社会工作者就有明显的优势，本文探究分析学校社会工作可以提供的与心理教师不同的服务，从而凸显学校社会工作的重要性。

School Social Work Intervenes in Accepting Students' Punishment Trail Study

Abstract

In recent years, more and more scholars call for respecting the development of students' personality and resisting corporal punishment. However, the modern definition of corporal punishment and other related concepts has not been clearly defined. Teachers can't grasp the scope of disciplinary power and overuse it, which eventually leads to corporal punishment. Through literature review, this paper explores the definition of corporal punishment, the definition of disciplinary power; analyzes the harmful skills that teachers' corporal punishment students will bring to students, so as to think about what services school social workers can provide for these students who are subject to corporal punishment, and the role of school social workers in school education. It is understood that at present, most schools are equipped with psychological courses and psychological teachers, who provide students with psychological counseling, interviews and other services on the psychological level. But for the special group of students, their mental development is not mature. If they suffer from corporal punishment, they will not only produce psychological harm, but also other problems. In the face of these problems, professional school social workers have obvious advantages. This paper explores and analyzes social workers. This paper explores and analyzes the different services that school social work can provide with psychological teachers, so as to highlight the importance of school social work.
