摘 要

当今社会，关于青少年犯罪的问题已经成为与环境污染、贩毒吸毒等同样具有严重社会危害性的、广受关注的社会问题，已经成为急需被解决的世界难题之一。在现代，世界上很多国家的青少年犯罪率呈逐年递增的态势，问题严重程度已经远远超出了人们的想象。青少年犯罪，如今已成为令全世界感到困扰的一种“社会瘟疫”，对社会的安定危害严重，对青少年的健康成长有着严重的不良影响。消除社会不良因素，保护青少年健康成长成为当前社会面对的重要课题之一。因此，分析探究青少年犯罪的原因，针对犯罪原因提出关于青少年犯罪问题的治理防控对策的建议对构建社会主义和谐社会具有一定的理论与实践意义。

本篇论文采用文献研究法，针对青少年犯罪问题进行了分析研究。文章以优势视角为理论基础，从我国当前社会情境出发，深入的分析了当下社会环境中致使我国青少年犯罪率不断上升的原因，然后针对分析得出的原因提出相应的治理对策。本文的研究对于我国青少年犯罪问题的治理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract

Nowadays, the juvenile crime problem has become the same, such as environmental pollution, drug is paid close attention to cause serious damage to the society, social problems, has become a world difficult problem to be solved. At present, many countries in the world of the teenagers crime rate increasing year by year, has been far beyond people's imagination. Juvenile crime has become plagued a "social plague" in today's world, which cause serious damage to the social stability, affect the healthy growth of teenagers. Eliminate social adverse factors, protect the healthy growth of teenagers become one of the important topics in the face of the current society. Therefore, analyzing the causes of juvenile delinquency, targeted put forward advice about teenagers crime prevention and control countermeasures for the construction of socialist harmonious society has a certain theoretical and practical significance.

In this paper, using literature study, the juvenile crime problem is studied. The article based on the theory of edge Angle, based on the current social situation in China, in-depth analysis of the current social environment cause the cause of the rising youth crime rate in our country, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the cause of analysis. In this paper, the research for the problem of juvenile delinquency governance has a certain reference significance.

第1章 绪论

1.1背景

青少年是祖国的明天，青少年的健康成长与国家的振兴发展息息相关。从改革开放至今，我国社会经济不断发展，正在转型期中的社会矛盾日渐凸显，青少年身处的社会环境变得越来越复杂，在某些消极原因和不良环境的影响下，最近几年我国的青少年犯罪问题呈现出了犯罪数量不断上升，重大恶性案件增多，犯罪年龄降低等的特点。相关研究显示，全世界国家平均每年青少年犯罪都以差不多5%的速度上升，惊人的增长速度，正在威胁着社会的安危，已然受到了全社会的广泛重视。青少年违法犯罪行为不仅牵系着众多平凡家庭的幸福，而且还事关我国社会主义社会的稳定和中华民族的发展，它与自然环境的污染、吸毒被并列称之为危害全世界的“三大公害”。因此，分析我国青少年违法犯罪的原因，基于优势视角的理论，提出有关青少年犯罪问题的控制预防与治理对策，对我国实现依法治国、建设“和谐社会”具有深远的理论与实践意义。
