摘 要
在太阳能电池中,TiO2一般以薄膜的形式被用作电子传输层,使用喷墨打印可以大面积的制备TiO2薄膜,所以本课题研究了适用于喷墨打印的TiO2悬浊液及其制备的薄膜的性能与表征。
在本课题中,实验使用纳米TiO2颗粒在乙醇和水两种不同的体系中配制可用于喷墨打印用的悬浊液,通过调整悬浊液的溶剂,分散处理方式,粘度的控制等方式制备出常温下相对稳定的TiO2悬浊液浆料,通过喷墨打印的方法将制备好的TiO2悬浊液均匀喷涂在玻璃基底上,经过375℃、45 min的退火制备成TiO2薄膜,并对薄膜的表面构成、相位构成、透过率进行测试。经过实验测试可知,本实验制作的样品中,乙醇体系与水体系制备的悬浊液稳定性相近,添加乙基纤维素的悬浊液的稳定性较差,超声时间较长的悬浊液稳定性更佳。而对于使用上述悬浊液制备的薄膜来说,水体系悬浊液制备的薄膜的透过率高于添加了乙基纤维素的乙醇体系悬浊液制备的薄膜高于乙醇体系悬浊液制备的薄膜。
通过对实验中制备的纳米TiO2悬浊液的观察及对TiO2薄膜表征进行的分析可以得知,不同体系、不同添加剂、不同超声时间对悬浊液的稳定性及对薄膜的特性都有一定影响。

Preparation and characterization of TiO2 slurry for spray application
Abstract
In solar cells, titanium dioxide is generally used as an electronic transport layer in the form of thin films. Inkjet printing can be used to prepare titanium dioxide thin films in a large area. Therefore, the performance and characterization of titanium dioxide suspension suitable for inkjet printing and the films prepared are studied in this paper.
In this project, nano-sized titanium dioxide particles were used to prepare suspension for inkjet printing in two different systems of ethanol and water. The relatively stable titanium dioxide suspension slurry at room temperature was prepared by adjusting the solvent of the suspension, dispersing treatment and controlling the viscosity. The prepared titanium dioxide suspension was evenly sprayed on the glass substrate by inkjet printing. Titanium dioxide thin films were prepared by annealing at 375° 45 min. The surface composition, phase composition and transmittance of the films were tested. The experimental results show that the suspension prepared by ethanol system and water system has similar stability, the suspension added with ethyl cellulose has poor stability, and the suspension with longer ultrasonic time has better stability. For the films prepared with the above suspension, the transmittance of the films prepared with water suspension is higher than that prepared with ethyl cellulose suspension and ethanol suspension.
By observing the nano-titanium dioxide suspension prepared in the experiment and analyzing the characterization of the titanium dioxide film, we can know that different systems, additives and ultrasonic time have certain effects on the stability of the suspension and the characteristics of the film.
