摘 要

中国已经开始形成汽车改装市场产业链，汽车改装作为新兴行业进入中国市场，很多汽车改装的内容与方法非常模糊，相关产业也缺乏专业知识，在不断发展的世界整合节奏中，汽车改装在我国正处于孵化期到繁荣期的过渡段，如何顺利的过渡，如何避免汽车改装带给我们的一系列风险，了解如何对风险进行防范，迎来汽车改装产业的高峰发展是目前研究的热点问题。

本文主要研究了全世界改装车的发展现状，特别介绍了比较流行和先进的改装内容和方法，并分析了汽车改装的相应风险。最后，对风险防范方法进行的总体的全局性的分析。

研究表明：汽车改装在我国很受欢迎，可以满足车友的个性化需求。但转型的风险确实存在，而且中国的汽车改装还存在很多具体问题，国家政策法规，行业标准，业主意识等都存在或多或少，这样那样的问题。为了提高中国汽车改装发展的速度，这些问题亟需解决。

本文的特点是基于相关法律法规，运用各种实际或先进的转型理念和知识，在合理、严谨的分析基础上提出汽车改装存在问题并提出解决问题的方法。

Abstract

China has begun to form a car modified market industry chain, car modification as a new industry to enter the Chinese market, a lot of car modification of the content and methods are very vague, the relevant industries are also lack of professional knowledge, in the evolving world of integrated rhythm, How to avoid a series of risks brought by car modification, to understand how to guard against risks, usher in the peak of the development of car modification industry is the hot topic of the current study. How to avoid the transition from the incubation period to the prosperous period.

This paper mainly studies the development status of modified cars in the world, especially introduces the popular and advanced modification contents and methods, and analyzes the corresponding risks of car modification. Finally, the overall approach to the risk prevention approach is analyzed.

Research shows that: car modification in China is very popular, to meet the individual needs of riders. But the risk of transformation does exist, and China's car modification there are still many specific problems, national policies and regulations, industry standards, owners consciousness and so there are more or less, so that the problem. In order to improve the speed of China's auto modification development, these problems need to be resolved.
