摘 要

近半个世纪以来，我国经济发展迅猛的同时，带动了食品产业的发展。但是在发展的同时，食品安全环境逐渐恶化，且单一的政府监管已经难以满足社会对于食品安全的需要，社会共治才是适应新时代的要求。让消费者参与食品安全管制，放权给更多切身利益相关者，会更大程度上加强食品安全监管效果。本研究依据基础数据调查总结社会对于食品安全问题的关注程度，并展开全面研究，以期望推动食品安全问题得到更多政府、企业、公众的关注，提高各主体的社会责任感，这对于构建健康的食品安全环境，全面建设和谐社会具有重要意义。

通过对食品安全社会关注度的数据研究，开展实证分析之后，得到的研究结论如下：一、在长江三角洲各省城市或区的数据分析中，江浙和上海对于食品安全的关注度不相上下但各有侧重。二、在长江三角洲食品安全关注的宣传渠道上来分析，政府渠道占据绝对优势，食药监网站、消协网站、市场监督管理局网站以及对应城市或区主流媒体对于食品安全的关注度会有所差别，而形成差别的原因与当地经济发展水平、教育程度、社会发展完善度有着千丝万缕的联系。

针对以上研究结论，本文得到的对策建议如下：长江三角洲地区的食品安全关注度提升、食品安全问题得到更大程度上的保障的关键在于三个主体：国家政府、社会媒体和社会公众。对于国家政府来讲，首先立足国情，发展经济的同时发展教育，食品安全监管体系，以严格的政治法律手段保障人民生活。其次引导社会媒体、社会公众的食品安全消费观，倡导各消费主体的健康消费观也是政府工作的一部分。而对于社会媒体来讲，明确媒体社会职责，树立正确的媒体责任观，食品安全消费观至关重要。同时，社会公众应加强维护自身权益的观念，对于与自身利益切身相关的食品问题多加关注，向国家政府、社会

媒体反映意见，参与决策，共同创建安全健康的幸福生活。

Research on Social Concern of Food Safety Based on Data Mining

ABSTRACT

Nearly half a century, China's rapid economic development at the same time, led the rapid development of the food industry. But in the development of the same time, food safety environment gradually deteriorated, and in this case, a single government regulation has been difficult to meet the needs of society for food safety, social co-governance is our adaptation to the requirements of the new era. So that consumers participate in food safety control, decentralization to more vital stakeholders, will be more to strengthen the effectiveness of food safety supervision. Based on the basic data survey, this study summarizes the social concern about food safety issues and conducts a comprehensive study to expect food safety issues to be more concerned by governments, enterprises and the public, and to improve the social responsibility of the various subjects. Food safety environment, building a harmonious society in an all-round way is of great significance.

Through the empirical study on the data of social safety of food safety, the conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. In the data analysis of cities or districts in the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai are concerned about food safety and have focused. Second, in the Yangtze River Delta food safety concerns about the promotion of channels to analyze the government channels to occupy an absolute advantage, food and drug monitoring sites, Consumers Association website, market supervision and administration of the site and the corresponding city or district mainstream media attention to food safety will be Differences, and the reasons for the formation of differences with the local level of economic development, education, social development and perfection have inextricably linked.

In view of the above conclusions, the countermeasures in this paper are as follows: the food safety concern in the Yangtze River Delta region is improved, and the key to food safety is to protect the three main factors: the state government, the social media and the public. For the national government, first based on national conditions, the development of the economy at the same time the development of education, food safety supervision system, with strict political and legal means to protect people's lives. Second, to guide the social media, the public food safety concept of consumption, advocate the consumption of the main consumer health concept is part of the government work. For the social media is concerned, a clear media social responsibilities, establish a correct concept of media responsibility, food safety and consumption concept is essential. At the same time, the public should strengthen the concept of maintaining their own rights and interests, and their own interests related to food issues more concerned about to the national government, society.The media reflect the views, participate in decision-making, and jointly create a safe and healthy happy life.
