摘 要
随着大数据时代的发展,互联网金融的话题变得炙手可热。移动支付由于迎合了快速发展的技术和观念背景,成为人们日常生活中举足轻重的新型支付方式。如何维持并拓展移动支付业务,如何选择并处理彼此间的竞合关系,成为了各机构关联方的发展关键。总的来说,本文从银行、运营商、第三方支付等主要市场相关方的运营模式和特征着手,利用模型阐述各关联方行为方式及其相互作用机制,即移动支付关联方之间的竞争合作关系。继而剖析关联方行为的影响因素,并提出利于我国移动支付市场发展的若干建议。具体地,本文的研究内容主要包括以下几个部分:
第一部分,即第一章。在我国移动支付市场的现实背景和理论背景的基础上,提出了研究市场中关联方的行为的原因、思路等,并进一步梳理了研究主题和研究意义和技术路线。第二部分,即第二章。介绍了移动支付的概念和特征性,通过引入移动支付产业链这一名词,展开了市场关联方的关系,叙述了本文选择研究三主体行为的原因。第三部分,即第三章和第四章。第三章首先分析三主体的运营模式及开展移动支付业务的优劣势。第四章在第三章分析的基础上,运用动态博弈模型,引入决策顺序,从定性和定量两方面分析三大关联方的利益构成和行为决策结果。结果发现,影响关联方行为的因素有收益、成本等诸多因素。如果先行关联方选择合作,后行关联方必然也选择合作。第四部分,即第五章。在上文研究的基础上,分析市场的发展问题和关联方决策的问题,结合国外的发展问题,提出利于我国移动支付市场和关联方发展的针对性建议。

Research on the Behavior of Related Party in Mobile Payment Market
——Based on the behavior of banks, operators and third - party payers
Abstract
With the development of large data age, the topic of Internet finance has become hot. Mobile payment, as a result of the rapid development of technology and concept to meet the background, plays a decisive new way of payment in daily life. How to maintain and expand the mobile payment business and how to choose and deal with each other's competing relationship have become the key to the development of related parties. In general, this paper starts with the operating modes and characteristics of major market stakeholders such as banks, operators and third parties, and uses the model to illustrate the behavior of each party and its interaction mechanism. Then we analyze the influencing factors of the behavior of related parties, and put forward some suggestions for the development of China's mobile payment market. Specifically, the research content of this paper mainly includes the following parts:
The first part is the first chapter. On the basis of the realistic background and theoretical background of China's mobile payment market, this paper puts forward the reasons and ideas of researching the behavior of related parties in the market, and further combs the research theme and research significance and technical route. The second part is the second chapter. This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of mobile payment. Through introducing the term of mobile payment industry chain, this paper introduces the relationship between market and related parties, and describes the reasons why this article chooses to study the three main behaviors. The third part includes chapter three and chapter four. The third chapter first analyzes the operation mode of the three main bodies and the advantages and disadvantages of the mobile payment business. In the third chapter, based on the analysis of the third chapter, the dynamic game model is used to introduce the order of decision, and the results of the three major parties are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results show that the factors that affect the behavior of related parties are income, cost and many other factors. If the first party to select the cooperation, the following party must also choose to cooperate. The fourth part is the fifth chapter. On the basis of the above research, this paper analyzes the problems of market development and the decision-making of related parties, and puts forward the pertinent suggestions for the development of mobile payment market and related parties in combination with foreign development problems.
