摘 要

19世纪中，伦敦依托工业革命的成果第一次将国际金融中心的概念传向世界。纵观世界经济发展的历程，国际金融中心以其强大而独特的功能，不仅为所在国带来了经济的快速发展，更推动了全世界金融产业的升级和变革。以此为背景，论证了中国作为当之无愧的世界经济大国，构建具有世界影响力的国际金融中心势在必行。

本文从国际金融中心的讨论出发，通过当前国际三大金融中心的发展指出我国建设国际金融中心的必要性。在对国际金融中心的一般性分析中总结了国际金融中心的流动性、开放性和复杂性，这三个内在特征对于国际金融中心的构建具有重要意义。在国际金融中心形成后从宏观角度我们可以概括出金融集聚和金融辐射这两大功能，不仅在国际金融中心的形成过程中发挥作用，也是促进其后期发展的强大动力。最后比较了国际金融中心的两种构建模式，在经济高度发展到一定量级时由市场主导的自发形成模式，或在特定历史时期和经济环境下由国家主导的政府推动模式，无论哪种模式金融中心的自我强化机制都将持续发挥作用。结论部分通过全篇的分析，为我国构建国际金融中心提出探索思路。

Analysis on China Building International Financial Centers

Abstract

In the 19th century, London, based on the results of the industrial revolution, extended the concept of International Financial Center to the world for the first time. Owing to the powerful and unique role that the international financial center played throughout the course of world economic development, it did not only boost the economy in its home country, but also promoted and transformed the world's financial industry. In this context, it is imperative for China, a genuine world economic power, to build an international financial center with global influence.

Based on the discussion of the international financial center, this paper points out the necessity of building an international financial center in China through the development of the three major international financial centers. In the general analysis of the international financial center, it summarizes the liquidity, openness and complexity of the international financial center. These three internal characteristics are of great significance to the construction of the international financial center. After the formation of the international financial center, we can summarize the two functions from a macro perspective, which are financial agglomeration and financial radiation. It does not only play its role in the formation of the international financial center, but also act as a powerful driving force for the development of the international financial center. Finally, this paper compares the two construction modes of the international financial center. They are the market-led mode which is spontaneously formed when the economy reaches a certain level, and the government-driven model which is led by the nation in the specific historical period and economic environment. Under either of the two modes, the self-strengthening mechanism of the financial center will continue to play its role. Based on the whole analysis, the conclusion provides a brainstorm for our country to build the international financial center.

1.1中国构建国际金融中心的意义

国际金融中心在现代经济背景下对于国际金融资源的聚合作用越来越大，除了其本身就是全球经济市场的重要组成部分，与其高度的融合；金融本身也是经济发展到现在的核心所在。由于国际金融中心自身聚合大量资源的内在功能，它在全球金融市场上的话语权和规则制定权都十分有分量，任何国家孕育出了具有全球影响力的国际金融中心，都将为本国带来超高附加值的经济增长和一系列相关高速产业发展作为回馈。并在全球经济平台上占据主导地位。
