摘 要

作为现代市场经济的核心，国际金融中心的建设对于经济的发展起着十分重要的作用。上海作为中国最主要的国际金融中心之一，其在国际上的认可度和话语权不断提升。研究上海国际金融中心的核心竞争力问题，对于更好地建设上海国际金融中心具有重要的现实意义。

为更加直观、科学地体现上海国际金融中心的核心竞争力，本文以年鉴中的可取得数据为前提，结合了众多学者对于国际金融中心竞争力的指标构建思路。建立了经济、金融、社会三个层面为一级指标，再下设8项二级指标充分显示不同层面的竞争力。运用因子分析法对9座城市的各项数据进行统计分析，提取三个因子采用回归法得出各城市在三项因子上的分数，并进行加权后对综合得分进行了排名。同时，借助国际权威报告的另一套体系，综合分析了上海国际金融中心的优势和不足。

本文结果显示，上海国际金融中心的核心竞争力在全国范围内遥遥领先，充分显示出上海在经济基础、国际化程度、金融产业发展以及交通基础设施上的强大竞争力，和金融市场规模上的统治力。根据权威报告的数据显示，上海国际金融中心的各项竞争力指标与其高居第六的综合排名之间并不完全匹配，五项指标其中四项排在十名以外，其中存在的最大的短板是商业环境。

Research on the Core Competitiveness of Shanghai International Financial Center

Abstract

As the core of a modern market economy, the construction of an international financial center plays an important role in the development of the economy. As one of the most important international financial centers in China, Shanghai has continuously increased its international recognition and voice. Studying the core competitiveness of Shanghai international financial center has important practical significance for building a better Shanghai international financial center.

In order to reflect the core competitiveness of Shanghai international financial center more intuitively and scientifically, this paper takes the available data in the Yearbook as a precondition, and combines the construction ideas of many scholars' indicators. The three levels of economy, finance and society were established as first-level indicators, and eight sub-level indicators were set up to fully show the competitiveness of different levels. Factor analysis was used to statistically analyze the data of nine cities. The three factors were extracted and the scores of each city on the three factors were calculated by regression method. After weighting, the composite scores were ranked. At the same time, with the aid of another system of international authoritative reports, the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai international financial center have been comprehensively analyzed.

The results of this paper show that the core competitiveness of the Shanghai international finance center is far ahead of the country, fully demonstrating Shanghai’s strong competitiveness in the economic base, internationalization level, financial

industry development and transportation infrastructure, and its dominance in the financial market scale. According the authoritative reports, the competitiveness indices of Shanghai international financial center are not exactly matched with the sixth highest overall ranking. Four of the five indicators ranked outside the ten, and the largest shortcomings existed among them is business environment.
