摘 要

随着我国国际地位的不断提升，经济快速平稳的发展，我国的国际影响力日益提升，人民币也逐渐推向了国际化的道路。

人民币的国际化对于我国有着巨大的影响，本文主要是通过分析人民币国际化所带来的现象来阐述其对我国对外贸易的影响，并对于这些影响提出了相关的应对措施。

本文首先概述了人民币国际化的相关理论，明确了人民币国际化的概念，并对其产生根源、发展现状等作了透彻分析。其次，通过调查，总结出我国对外贸易在人民币国际化过程中出现的现象及原因。然后，结合我国对外贸易概况，分析了人民币国际化对我国对外贸易的积极影响与消极影响。最后，在以上基础上提出了相应的对策以应对人民币国际化所带来的影响。这对我国对外贸易的发展有着重要的现实意义。

本文的研究结论表明：人民币国际化是我国要进一步融入世界并且拥有一定话语权所必须的一个方式，也是我国经济发展的必然路径。它对我国对外贸易影响重大，既有积极影响又有消极影响。面对人民币国际化所带来的影响，我们应该从我国实情出发，从政府和企业两个层面积极采取措施应对人民币国际化。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of China's international status, the rapid economic development, China's international influence is increasing, the RMB has gradually to the internationalization of the road.

The internationalization of the RMB in China has a huge impact. The main purpose of this paper is through the analysis of the RMB internationalization brings the phenomenon to explain its impact on China's foreign trade, and puts forward some measures for these effects.

This paper first outlines the theory of internationalization of the RMB, the concept of the internationalization of the RMB, and its origin, the development of the status quo, such as a thorough analysis. Secondly, through the investigation, summed up China's foreign trade in the process of internationalization of the phenomenon and causes. Then, combined with the general situation of China's foreign trade, the positive impact and negative impact of the internationalization of RMB on China's foreign trade is analyzed. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward on the basis of the above to deal with the impact of RMB internationalization. This has important practical significance to the development of China's foreign trade.

The conclusion of this paper shows that the internationalization of RMB is a way to further integrate into the world and has a certain discourse power, which is the inevitable path of China's economic development. It has great influence on China's foreign trade, which has both positive and negative effects. In the face of the impact of the internationalization of RMB, we should start from the fact of our country, from the government and enterprises to take measures to deal with the two level of RMB internationalization.

1.1研究的背景、目的及意义

随着中国在国际上越来越有话语权，影响力逐渐增大，中国推行稳健的货币政策，使得人民币币值的对内稳定和对外稳定有了很明显的效果。而近年来同各个国家合作，签署自贸协议，成立自贸区，给人民币境外流通开辟了一条康庄大道，走向更辽阔的空间；，而在遭受了全球金融危机后，它所带来的显著影响是使最为流通的“世界货币”美元，其本位制基础由于主要遭受到两个方面的因素-经济基础和政府信用影响而有所动摇，这些都为人民币迈向国际，实现其国际化带来了机会。
