摘 要

港口是国家交通运输业的重要基石，青岛港作为世界第七大港对国家经济的贡献是多方面的，首先，其发挥强大的运输能力提升对外贸易总额；其次，它还促进了相关产业比如工业和服务业的迅速发展，在一定程度上提升了地区的竞争实力，使对外开放的幅度大幅度提升了。通过定量地对港口经济效益分析，能够科学评估港口经济发展的现状，从而对青岛港近年来经济发展做一个综合评价，并提出与其发展相关的问题。

本课题研究的主要问题就是关于港口经济效益的定量分析，就是用定量的分析来评估港口的发展对整个国民经济的贡献程度。将港口经济效益进行定量分析，目的在于用直观的数字来分析港口的经济效益，了解青岛港的社会经济贡献度和港口经济发展的程度以及存在的问题，为评价港口绩效和科学规划港口建设建设提供依据。

本文首先介绍了青岛港港口的发展现状，接着分析青岛港港口的经济效益，在评价港口经济效益时本文采用了主成分分析法来进行经济效益的评估，然后提出青岛港港口发展相关建议，最后进行总结和展望。

Abstract

Port is an important cornerstone of national transportation. As the world's seventh largest port，Qingdao port has contribution to the national economic development not only through the transportation function of play to promote the growth of foreign trade, but also its contribution in promoting the development of the industry, service industry and other industries, increase the degree of opening to the outside world, the aspects of enhancing the regional economy. Carries on the quantitative analysis of port economic benefit, can be used to evaluate the present situation of the port economy development, to Qingdao port in recent years the economic development to do a comprehensive evaluation, and put forward the problems related to its development.

The main problem in this topic research is quantitative analysis about port economic benefits, is to use quantitative results to analyze the evaluation of port construction and use of the specific contribution to social economy. 1.1 研究的目的及意义

水路运输、铁路运输、公路运输和航空运输共同组成了国家交通运输行业的主体。港口作为水路运输的最重要部分之一对运输行业有着举足轻重的作用，这种作用通过港口的经济效益表现出来，所以对港口经济效益进行定量分析，能够用于评价港口在社会经济增长中的重要作用，在分析经济效益的同时找到提升经济效益的最佳途径，反过来推动港口的进步与发展，还能够依据港口企业的特性，分析企业的发展现状，把握市场经济的脉搏，预测未来的前景。中国目前沿海的港口非常多，每年货物的吞吐量极大，通过对青岛港的经济效益分析，深入港口企业的内部，掌握企业经济活动的规律，抓住企业经济效益的本质，研究企业经济效益的理论，有助于在今后的实践活动中正确地运用理论来知道实践，从而进一步提高企业经济效益。理论和实践的结合实际上就是一个对青岛港进行效益评估的过程，唯有对企业经济效益的形成过程进行具体的分析，才能总结经验、挖掘和提高企业经济效益的潜力，并且在以后的经济活动中采取有效的措施，才能使企业的经济效益得以真正提高，具体地说，一方面可以有效地促进当地甚至是整个山东省GDP的发展，另一方面，也可以为其他港口的进一步发展提供一个具有实际借鉴意义的榜样。本文将用青岛港集团的数据进行分析青岛港港口企业的经济效益。

1.2 国内外研究现状

研究港口的经济效益时，通常将经济效益称为经济贡献度，国内外对不同层次经济贡献的港口的研究方法也不相同。通常情况下，欧洲国家采用的是增加值和就业相关指标来衡量港口的直接经济贡献度。定量分析的方法种类很多，常见的定量分析方法有乘数模型法、DEA模型、投入产出法等。主要有以下学者做过相关研究：

2012年孙才志博士就运用了DEA模型法对中国大陆地区的11个沿海市的港口进行了经济运行相对效益分析。
