摘 要

在科学技术和世界经济快速发展的环境下，现代物流已经成为现代经济至关重要的一部分，并且对人类生活的每个领域产生了直接或间接的影响。现代物流发展速度和水平的不断提高促使现代物流对国民经济的作用变大，并且在经济效益方面也取得了较好的成果。物流业的发展水平也成为国家或地区的综合竞争力的标志。

相对于发达国家而言，我国的现代物流发展较晚，但是它的信息化和专业化水平在逐渐提高，效率也在逐渐提高，对推动国民经济的发展发挥了重大的作用。

本文主要以定性分析和定量分析相结合。首先参考国内外的研究现状，以此为基础，接下来，分析了湖北省的物流发展现状，包括湖北省社会经济现状和物流发展现状，最后通过对湖北省近二十年的物流需求进行预测，确定湖北省整体物流发展空间，并且根据得出的具体问题，对湖北省的物流发展给出相关的对策。

Abstract

Under the circumstances of the rapid development of science and technology and the world economy, modern logistics has become an inseparable part of the modern economy and has a direct or indirect effect on every area of human life. The rapid development of modern logistics and the increasing level of the modern logistics have made modern logistics more important to the national economy, and have achieved better results in economic performance The development level of the logistics industry also marks the comprehensive competitiveness of the country or region.

Relative to the developed countries, the development of china's modern logistics which has played a major role in promoting the development of the national economy is relatively late, but its informationization and specialization are improving.

This paper is based on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. At first, this paper is based on the research situation at home and abroad. Next, this paper analyzes the present situation of logistics development in Hubei province which includes the present situation of social economy and logistics development in Hubei province. Finally, through the forecast of logistics demand in Hubei province for nearly two decades, this paper determines the overall logistics development space in Hubei province, and relevant countermeasures of logistics development in Hubei province for the specific problem are given.

1.1 选题背景

随着现代物流的不断发展以及其对社会经济的不断推动，我国政府和企业越来越重视现代物流这个新兴的行业。21世纪，物流业给我国的交通运输业带来了巨大的变革和进步，逐渐成为交通运输业新的发展领域和经济增长点^[1]，同时在经营方式上上升到更高级的阶段。

在这一背景下，通过定性和定量相结合的方法分析湖北省的物流现状和发展机遇，全面的思考湖北省物流发展的问题，同时再结合湖北省的具体情况，对湖北省的物流发展给出相关的对策，保证湖北省现代物流的良性发展，提高湖北省整体的物流水平和综合竞争力。

1.2 研究的目的及意义

现代运输业经过不断地发展和扩大，各自独立的发展已经不能满足当今社会发展的要求，逐渐转变为多种运输方式综合发展的现代物流阶段。近年来，物流业正日益成为一个重要的新兴产业,成为经济全球化中的一个重要内容。随着高速增长的中国经济对物流发展的依赖程度不断加强以及物流业巨大变革和进步，物流业已经成为我国经济发展的新的增长点，物流业的发展必定会带动社会经济的发展。因此，我国运输主管部门已经开始重视物流产业的发展，同时开展对物流总体发展现状和问题的研究探讨。

本文目的是通过分析湖北省的物流发展现状和存在的问题，然后定向和定量分析相结合，分析湖北省物流发展的机遇以及未来的物流需求，从整体上确定湖北省物流的发展方向，最后提出相关的对策和建议。湖北省现代物流的和合理规划不仅能使人们的生活环境和生活水平得到极大的改善和提高，而且有利于湖北省吸引更多的外来投资，促进湖北省整体的经济发展，然后经济的发展又将带动物流的发展。
