阿尔兹海默症(ad)是一种渐进的神经退行性紊乱疾病,它主要发生在老年人群中。
ad的病理学特征主要是β-淀粉样蛋白(aβ)的聚集,其聚集体毒性被一致认为是导致ad的主要原因。
因此,对aβ聚集的抑制与调控成为一个很有效的降低aβ沉积神经毒性的方法。
