1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
论文内容: 通过比较不同固定化方案对β-呋喃果糖苷酶的影响,得到最佳的固定化方法,在其基础上,探究固定化酶催化合成低聚果糖的工艺,得到稳定可行的催化方案。
论文要求: 1. 文献查阅 掌握文献查阅,使用网络资源如中国期刊网、维普数据库、超星数字图书馆、elsevier电子期刊、springer-link全文电子期刊,中国药典2015版等检索资源,查阅国内外关于β-呋喃果糖苷酶的固定化及催化生产低聚果糖方面的相关文献。
2. 文献阅读及综述 阅读与课题相关的外文、中文文献、检测标准,了解国内外的研究动态,撰写文献综述。
