甲基异丙基酮(methyl isopropyl ketone)合成路线为向重蒸过的2-叔戊醇内滴加液溴,生成三甲基二溴乙烷,经水解、蒸馏、中和、干燥后成粗品,将此粗品蒸馏得到微黄色液体化合物,即为甲基异丙基酮。
甲基异丙基酮作为一种有机原料,在药物制备中起着非常重要的作用。
如其为他卡西醇(tacalcitol)的关键起始物料,他卡西醇是一种抗银屑病的药物,主要用于治疗银屑病,也用于白癜风等的治疗。
