稀有人参皂苷的非水相酶法合成研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

稀有人参皂苷是人参中的主要功能成分,然而受限于人参的低产量和高成长周期,稀有人参皂苷的的生产远远满足不了需求。

虽然化学合成在这方面已经有了很多的研究,但是受限于糖基的连接位点不能很好的生产我们所需的人参皂苷。

因此,我们选择使用生物酶法定向合成所需的稀有人参皂苷。
