甘油葡糖苷(alpha-GG)的细胞活性研究及抗紫外辐射测试毕业论文

摘 要

甘油葡萄糖苷(2-O-(α-D-gluco-pyranosyl)-sn-glycerol)简称αGG,是来源于不死草或耐盐蓝藻菌的一种纯天然物质,由葡萄糖基和甘油组成的一种多糖小分子,是市面上唯一的甘油葡萄糖苷的对映异构体。GG具有特殊的分子结构,赋予了它独特的理化性质,它具有强大的锁水保湿和抗老化的能力,作为天然的细胞激活剂,它可以提高细胞的活性,同时它还提高对紫外线UV的辐射有明显的防御和晒后修复的效果,且对于伤口的愈合以及组织的修复都有优异的效果。GG拥有的这些性能,使得它在保湿防晒类化妆品、伤口愈合类药物以及其他行业领域中都能实现有效的应用,有非常良好的市场发展前景。

实验室前期已完成αGG的分离纯化,本实验以L929细胞为实验材料,建立了紫外辐射对L929细胞的损伤模型,采用MTT等方法研究不同浓度的αGG对L929细胞紫外损伤的保护与修复作用:质量浓度达到20mg/mL时,经过αGG预处理和后处理的细胞存活率分别提升了33.8%、30.9%。结果表明,特定浓度的αGG不但可以促进细胞增殖,还对紫外辐射致细胞损伤具有一定的保护修复作用。

Study on the cellular activity of glucagon and its resistance to ultraviolet radiation

Abstract

Glycerin glucoside (2 - O - (alpha - D - gluco - pyranosyl) - sn - glycerol) referred to as "alpha GG, is derived from dead grass or a pure natural material salt-tolerant algae bacteria, a polysaccharide composed of glucose and glycerol of small molecules, are on the market only glycerin glucoside enantiomorphism isomers. Due to its special molecular structure, GG is endowed with unique physicochemical properties, and it has a strong ability to retain moisture and resist aging. As a natural cell activator, GG can improve the activity of cells, at the same time it also increase the radiation of ultraviolet UV defense and the effect of repairing the skin after sunburn, and for the wound healing and tissue repair has excellent effect.GG has these properties, so it can be used effectively in moisturizing and sunscreen cosmetics, wound healing medicine and other industries, and has a very good market development prospect.

GG isolation and purification has been completed in the laboratory. In this study, L929 cells were used as the experimental material to establish the damage model of L929 cells under ultraviolet radiation. MTT and other methods were used to study the protection and repair effects of different concentrations of GG on L929 cells under ultraviolet radiation.Cell viability was increased by 33.8% and 30.9% after GG pretreatment and posttreatment at a mass concentration of 20 mg/mL.The results showed that GG could not only promote cell proliferation, but also play a protective and repairing role in cell damage induced by ultraviolet radiation.
