1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1、采用计算机检索20篇中文文献和5篇英文文献; 2、阅读20篇文献,翻译一篇英文文献,提交一篇开题报告。
格式要求为:参考文献标注符合规范,计算机打印; 3、实验工作主要内容 (1)查阅酶催化法生产α-熊果苷相关文献及掌握基因工程菌株构建的方法; (2)构建蔗糖磷酸化酶基因的表达质粒,并在大肠杆菌中验证其功能; (3)全细胞催化法生产α-熊果苷及转化条件的优化。
4、中期报告 以powerpoint制作中期报告,必须对课题的研究背景、文献分析的现及初 步实验结果进行汇报。
