多通路有机染料修饰上转换纳米Cu2 探针任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
利用特定的cu2 促进罗丹明开环反应,开发出一个兼具水溶性和细胞渗透性的荧光淬灭型探针。
并通过1h-nmr、ms等分析方法对其结构进行表征,为合成多通路cu2 上转换纳米做前期准备。
当探针和cu2 作用时,结构由红色荧光且共轭结构转化为无荧光的非共轭结构,因此检测体系发生光转换。
