摘 要
现如今氯化频哪酮生产工艺流程中有机物夹杂着氯化氢的废气这一问题一直困扰着厂家。经过研究和现实的实际应用,发现 “降膜吸收 碱吸收 活性炭”这种方式所取得的效果比较好, 但是并不是面面俱到,因为工艺末端所得到的盐酸品质往往偏低并且有机物含量超标。 本来用于吸附的活性炭,因为需要定期更换,所以加重了企业的生产资金负担,使用过的活性炭又会带来二次污染的问题。
考虑到种种问题,本论文根据“垃圾分类回收”的思路在混合废气降膜吸收前将气相中的有机物和无机物进行分离,而分离后的有机物又可以被回收,接着循环利用,盐酸中有机物含量将会被大量削减, 从而提高盐酸品质, 同时可取消活性炭装置。
本论文研究了频哪酮废气的去除效率在不同的吸收时间、混合气体流量、混合气体浓度、不同捕获剂的条件下,出现什么样的变化, 得到最佳的工艺条件是:最佳的吸收时间为100min左右、最佳的混合气体浓度:8000ppm左右、混合气体流量:0.10 L/min、捕获剂种类:捕获剂H。测定了捕获剂H饱和吸收量:捕获剂H 是7.86%wt。

Study on treatment technology of waste gas from chlorotoluene production
Abstract
Nowadays, the problem of chlorinating the waste gas of the hydrogen chloride in the process of producing pinophenone has been plagued by manufacturers. After research and practical application, it was found that the effect of "falling film absorption amp; alkali absorption amp; activated carbon" was better, but it was not exhaustive because the quality of hydrochloric acid obtained at the end of the process was often low and the organic content was excessive. The activated carbon that was originally used for adsorption needs to be replaced on a regular basis, thus aggravating the company’s production capital burden, and the used activated carbon will cause secondary pollution problems.
Considering all kinds of problems, in this dissertation, according to the concept of "garbage classification and recovery", the organic matter and inorganic matter in the gas phase are separated before the mixed waste gas fall into the membrane to absorb, and the separated organic matter can be recovered, and then recycled, and the organic matters in the hydrochloric acid. The content will be greatly reduced, thereby improving the quality of hydrochloric acid, while eliminating the activated carbon device.
In this paper, the effects of the removal efficiency of pinacolone exhaust gas at different absorption time, mixed gas flow rate, mixed gas concentration (temperature), and type of absorbent were studied, and then the influence of these factors on the separation process effect was evaluated to obtain the best The process conditions are: the best absorption time is about 100 minutes, the best mixed gas concentration is about 8000 ppm, the mixed gas flow rate is 0.10 L/min, and the capture agent type is Capture Agent H. The saturation uptake of capture agent H was determined: Capture agent H was 7.86% wt.
