D镇生活污水处理工艺设计毕业论文

摘 要
本文是对苏北D镇总体规划,设计建设一座8万m3/d的城镇生活污水处理厂进行的研究。任务是作出污水污泥处理工艺设计计算,编制计算书,绘制污水厂总平面图、污水处理工艺高程图、污水处理工艺流程图以及重要处理构筑物详图。
由于本设计要求最终水体质量要求达到国家《城镇污水厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准[1],且对脱磷除氮有一定要求,因此在考虑经济成本和实际操作后确定工艺为倒置A²/O。
该污水厂对于污水部分处理流程为:中格栅-污水提升泵房-细格栅-沉砂池-一级沉淀池-倒置式A²/O生物池-二沉池-接触池,最后通过出水管排入对应水体。残存污泥的处理过程是先浓缩,再硝化,然后脱水,最终做成泥饼外运用于发电。
其中,格栅是采用链式格栅机,分别为中格栅和细格栅,两用一备;污水提升泵房是采用合建式泵房,选用WQ400-1500-10-75提升泵四台,泵房尺寸25m×6m,三用一备;集水池的尺寸18m×4.1m;沉砂池采用平流式沉砂池,共两座,池长9m,有效水深1m;初沉池采用平流式初沉池,共五座,沉淀部分水深4m,池长36m;缺氧池两座,容积3250m3,厌氧池两座,容积3250m3,好氧池两座,容积16249m3,曝气池采用鼓风曝气,设备为RG-400罗茨鼓风机,共7台,两备五用;二沉池采用幅流式二沉池,共两座,直径37m,有效水深4.7m;回流污泥泵采用550Q300-R-160型号两台,一备一用;接触池采用五廊道式平流加氯接触池,共一座,廊道宽9m,有效水深3m;污泥浓缩池直径为7.72m,共两座;污泥脱水采用DYL-1000带式压滤机两座,一备一用。

Design of sewage treatment process in D Town
Abstract
This paper is a study on the general planning of d town in north Jiangsu province, and the design and construction of an 80, 000 m3 / d urban living sewage treatment plant.The task is to make the design calculation of sewage sludge treatment process, prepare the calculation book, draw the total plan of the sewage plant, the elevation chart of sewage treatment process, the sewage treatment process flow chart and the important details of the structure.
Due to our design requirements for the water quality meet the national "urban sewage plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB 18918-2002), the level of B standard [1], and the dephosphorization has certain requirements, in addition to nitrogen so in considering economic costs and actual operation process for the horse A squared/O.
The wastewater treatment plant sewage treatment process: grille sewage pumping station - fine grid - sand pool - primary clarifier - inverted A2/O process - two tank - contact tank, finally after the measurement process of sludge discharge weir. The first is concentrated in the nitrification, then dehydration, finally made the cake. Sent to the power plant combustion for power generation.

1.1设计规模
依据苏北某市D镇整体规划,拟建造一座8万m3/d的城镇生活污水处理厂,要求采用生物处理工艺,处理出水达到《城镇污水厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B排放标准,并尽量提高出水水质。
