中小企业新员工入职培训问题探讨毕业论文

摘 要

在现代企业制度下,人力资本是企业竞争力的核心所在,对企业的发展具有巨大的影响。因此,企业就需要加大人力资本投资,强化对新员工的培训任务,充分满足新员工职业发展的需求,帮助他们提升自己的专业技能。确保企业能够得到足够的人力资源,这个内容已经成为了各个企业提高社会竞争力的首要方法。因此,为了保持企业不断发展,适应多变的社会经济环境,企业必须及时有效地展开入职培训,采取先进的信息管理技术,建立一套完善的培训管理系统。

但我国当前的体制条件下,企业培训也存在着一些如培训内容缺乏系统性和规范性,培训效果不佳等这样的问题,本文针对这样的现状,对此提出一些从各个方面完善入职培训的策略措施,以达到提高企业管理层对入职培训的重视度,从整体上提高新进员工的综合素质的目标,来保证企业能够实现可持续发展。

SMEs from the new employee orientation issues

ABSTRACT

In modern market competition, knowledge is the most important intangible assets for the enterprises. Human capital has become an important factor in the development of the enterprise. Orientation, as a kind of enterprise investment in human capital, provides long-lasting power for the development of the enterprises. At the same time it can meet the needs of new employees to develop themselves, and help them to improve their professional skills. Orientation has become the essential means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, in order to adapt to the changing social and economic environment, enterprises must effectively conduct orientation in time, and establish a set of training management system, with the help of the advanced management technology.

As we all know, the orientation is playing a vital role in the development of the enterprise . But under the current condition in China, there are still problems existing in the orientation, such as lack of systemic and normative training content, unsatisfying training effect and so on. In this paper, based on this situation, some policy measures are put forward from each aspect, to make managerial personnel realist the importance of the orientation, and make the enterprise get better development.
