摘 要

随着社会经济的不断发展和对外贸易的不断深入，政府职权所涉及的范围越来越广，行政监督作为衡量政府职能是否有效运行的重要环节，在当今的社会生活中发挥了举足轻重的作用。南京市行政监督的改进与完善，面临着与我国行政监督发展大背景相似的困境。对南京市行政监督改进的研究，对于促进政府职能高效运转、防治权力腐败、促进社会主义和谐社会的发展具有重要的意义。

本文主要从四个方面阐述南京市行政监督改进：首先，阅读相关书籍整理西方国家和当代中国行政监督的一般理论；其次，搜集资料梳理出南京市行政监督的改进状况；接着分析南京市近年来行政监督改进的实际意义并进行评价；最后，归纳总结南京市行政监督改进中的不足之处，并提出相应的完善对策。

The study on the improvement of the administrative supervision of Nanjing City

Abstract

With the continuous development of social economy and the deepening of foreign trade, the scope of governmental authority involved more widely. Administrative supervision as an important part of the measure of effective operation of the functions of the government plays a decisive role in today's social life. Improve and perfect the administrative supervision of Nanjing, is facing the similar development difficulties with administrative supervision in our country and foreign countries. Study on the improvement of administrative supervision of Nanjing City, is conducive to the promotion of administrative supervision system more perfect, but also provides valuable theory and the practical experience of supervision and administration in our country, and has important significance to promote the efficient operation of government function, prevention of corruption and promoting the development of socialist harmonious society.

This paper will mainly research on the improvement of administrative supervision in Nanjing City from four aspects : Firstly, according to the domestic and foreign research status of administrative supervision, analyze the background and the main direction of administrative supervision in Nanjing; Secondly, collecting data and combing out the improvement status of the administrative supervision in Nanjing, this part will mainly do detailed introduction from the two aspects: network public opinion supervision and administrative supervision; Then analysis the practical significance and evaluate the improvement of Nanjing city administrative supervision in recent years; Finally, summarize the weaknesses of the improvement of administrative supervision in Nanjing and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect.
