摘 要

随着科学技术的进步和大数据时代的到来，传统企业的一些管理弊端日益显现。在这样的背景下，传统企业必须改变自身的管理模式，利用计算机技术的管理手段来管理企业。目前，市场上出现了各种不同的管理信息系统，不同的管理软件其管理模块也尽不相同，部分软件的企业管理模块相互重叠或漏缺。在这种情况下，公司选择合适的管理信息系统尤为困难。

本文对管理信息系统、金蝶K/3 Cloud、宝信软件及其他主流软件的简介及功能加以概述，以江苏某金属制品公司的所有员工作为样本，利用调查问卷的方式，详细调查了员工使用金蝶K/3 Cloud与宝信软件时的体验，总结了系统软件功能、操作简便性和页面设计三方面问题。通过对比分析金蝶K/3 Cloud与宝信软件，从公司规模、公司性质和员工满意度三个维度为企业选择适合的管理信息系统提供策略。

Bao Xin and Kingdee Software of Management

Information System—— Take Management Information

System of Jiangsu Metal Products Company as an Example

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology and the arrival of large data age, the malpractice of some of the traditional enterprise management is increasingly apparent. In this context, the traditional enterprises must change their own management model, and the use of computer technology management tools. At present, the market has a variety of different management information systems. Different management software for its management module is not the same, even some software of the enterprise management module is overlap or missing. In this case, it is particularly difficult for the company to choose the right management information systems.

This paper summarizes the introduction and function of management information systems, Kingdee K/3 Cloud, Bao Xin software and other mainstream softwares. Take one of Jiangsu Metal Products Company as a sample, this paper makes a practical investigation by using the questionnaire. On staff experience with Kingdee K/3 Cloud and Bao Xin Software. Through the comparison, we mainly find out three problems of the software function, operation simplicity and page design of the system. From these three problems, we analyze the Kingdee K/3 Cloud and Bao Xin software. Finally, the research shows that the enterprise should choose their management information systems from the company scale, the nature of the company and the employee satisfaction.
