摘 要

随着信息化在中国的普及，越来越多的高校加入到建设智慧校园的行列。南京工业大学为了建成“综合性、研究型、全球化”的高水平大学，智慧校园的建设必不可少。但是，在相关研究文献中，对智慧校园的体系建立不完善，运营模式不具体。

本文梳理了智慧校园和运营模式的相关理论，利用问卷调研、数据分析和PEST分析等方法，研究南京工业大学师生及工作人员对现有校园信息服务的建议、对智慧校园服务的需求以及应采用的运营模式的问题。综合考虑师生和工作人员的需求和调研分析结果，建立了南京工业大学智慧校园的服务体系、技术体系和安全体系；从上课考勤、图书馆占座、热点地图、物品借还等方面分析了服务场景下的运营模式；对比传统的信息交流，分析了智慧校园信息共享下的运营模式；着重考虑如何使学校各个部门协调起来，以简洁高效的运营模式提供服务，并运用协同运行模式理论提出解决方法。本文旨在为南京工业大学智慧校园建设提出理论上的指导建议，也对其他兄弟高校建设智慧校园有参考性价值。

Research on Establishment and Operation Mode of Smart Campus System in Nanjing Technology University

Abstract

In China, along with the widespread informatization, more and more colleges and universities join in the ranks of the construction of smart campus. To build a comprehensive, research-oriented university, the high level of globalization, the building smart campus of Nanjing Technology University is essential. However, in the literature, the smart campus systems are not perfect and the mode of operations are not specific.

The paper reviews the related theory of smart campus and operation mode, uses questionnaire survey, data analysis and PEST analysis method to study issues about advises of people in Nanjing Technology University for information service, needs of smart campus service and the operation mode should be adopted. Considering the users’ needs and the results of the survey, the paper establishes smart campus service system, technology system and security system in Nanjing Technology University; analyzes service scenarios of operation mode from the attendance in class, the seat management system in library, hot map, goods circulation etc.. Compared with the traditional information exchange, the operation mode of information sharing under smart campus is analyzed; each department of the university should be coordinated to increase efficiency of services and simplify operation mode. The solutions are provided by collaborative operation mode theory. The aim of the paper is to put forward some theoretical guidance for the construction of smart campus in Nanjing Technology University, and also has the reference value to other universities in building smart campus.
