摘 要

本平台的设计实现主要是参考现有的汽车租赁平台，包括微信公众号，平台网站，app等，进行校园租车社交平台的设计，为高校学生提供汽车信息管理，无预约在线租车，参与大学生社交活动等功能，为广大学生群体，提供一个自由出行，练习驾驶、解决大型校园学生出游困难，并且通过这一平台，参与大学生社交活动，扩展大学生交友圈，提高社交能力。

通过平台系统的设计与开发，在系统运行之后，学生们可以以游客或是注册会员的身份进入到网站系统中，在出游之际可以迅速的使用到附近的闲置租赁车辆，通过线上租车，方便自己的出行，又或是参与到大学生社交活动中去，积极的提升自己的社交能力，主要设计的功能模块包括：租车功能模块，参与发布活动模块，平台特惠信息模块，用户管理中心模块，以及后台管理中心模块。网站系统平台的设计实现，使得出行困难的大学生能够更加便利的进行出游，刚取得驾照的有机会熟悉自己的开车技术，想要参与社交活动的学生能够更容易实现。有利于大学校园的出游，学生的出行方便，还可以班级出游，提高班级的凝聚力。

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

随着近几年来人口不断向城市聚集，大型城市的交通变得越来越拥挤，汽车行业的服务需求已由车辆拥有转向车辆使用,国内的租车行业正处于一种蓬勃发展的姿态中，汽车租赁的总业务量已经从2010年的20万辆，上升到了2014年的43万辆，这种高增长不仅表现在业务量上，同样显示在中国汽车租赁市场的业务规模上，在2011年的时候仅仅只有200亿美元左右，而到了2015年却是已经到了390亿美元，足以证明汽车租赁行业是一个发展潜力巨大的行业。

现如今，大学生在在校期间内，学习驾驶并考取驾照的现象越加普遍，而考到驾照的学生，由于在校期间内，经济能力是有限的，在获得驾照之后很少有机会能够练习驾驶的技术。而于此同时 ，大学建校地址一般都离市区可能比较偏远，很多周末出去玩的学生，出行更加依靠公共汽车或步行，很不方便。因此，开发一个方便大学生租车的网络平台有一定的现实需求和意义。
