摘 要

随着大数据时代的到来，数据正成为驱动经济增长和社会进步的重要基础和战略资源。如何有效地利用政府手中的高价值数据资源已成为国际政府机构共享数据和信息的重要问题。国家政府掌握着大量的公共数据，开始从信息披露模式演变为开放数据。近几年，中国的一些城市已经开始建立自己的公共平台来为人们开放数据。为了充分了解目前中国政府的开放数据平台的建设情况，本研究进行了一项调查。

本文主要从政府开放数据的影响因素入手，通过文献调查和人工观察等方法构建相关评估指标，对选取的现有平台进行评估，进而发现当前平台建设的不足。根据图表对比的结果结合现有的平台建设经验，明确当前平台建设需要解决的问题。从而进一步促进中国政府数据的进一步发展，推动建立国家级数据开放平台。

The Survey and Analysis of Our Government's Open Data Platform

ABSTRACT

With the arrival of the era of big data, data is becoming an important foundation and strategic resource for driving economic growth and social progress. How to effectively use the high-value data resources of the government has become an important issue for international government agencies to share data and information. The opening of government data has become an important part of data innovation strategy and open government construction. Countries with rich public information began to evolve from information disclosure models to open data. In recent years, some cities in China have begun to establish their own public platforms to open up data for people. In order to fully understand the current situation of the Chinese government's open data platform, this study conducted a survey.

This article starts with the influencing factors of the government's open data, builds relevant assessment indicators through literature surveys and manual observations, etc., evaluates the selected existing platforms, and then finds the current lack of platform construction. According to the results of the chart comparison, combined with the existing platform construction experience, the problems that need to be resolved in the current platform construction are identified. This will further promote the further development of Chinese government data and promote the establishment of a national data open platform.
