摘 要

随着信息技术的飞速发展，计算机等智能设备的普及，人们对互联网的依赖日益加深，各种办公事务以智能设备在互联网端上的运用进行处理并解决。而高校的教材管理一直是一个在技术条件不完善的年代相当复杂困难的事情，涉及到众多专业、班级、学院，各种书籍、时间、价格等，总体来说，高校的教材管理数据来源广、信息数据大、还有各种各样的交叉汇总，所以手写完成整理相当的复杂麻烦，效率十分低下，而且还无法及时了解教材库存和教材领取的具体情况，也就是数据不够透明化。而现在科技的发展，我们可以运用电脑设计出一个教材管理系统，让计算机处理并保存大部分活动，可以加强各种资源的有效管理，一目了然的判断决策，从而大大提高教材管理的效率和效果，更好的提升学校办事效率。

论文主要研究了教材管理系统的设计与实现，旨在提高相关人员在教材管理时的效率和效果，方便学校及老师的管理，实现教材管理的系统化、规范化、现代化，使管理的水平有质上的提升。

本系统主要分为四大功能模块，分别是出入库管理、信息管理、库存查询和费用管理。主要使用了C#语言进行系统的设计，辅以SQL数据库管理储存相关数据。最终完成了系统的整体实现。

本文的特色：本系统最大的特色在于将系统角色分开具体化，即分为学生（班级）、教师、管理员三个主要角色。目的是使得教材管理流程上的每个人都能参与到系统当中去，打破以往只有老师管理员甚至只有管理员操作的教材管理系统。每个角色定位清晰，各自操作，在系统上产生交互，大大提升了系统的利用率和使用效率。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of intelligent devices such as computers, people are increasingly dependent on the Internet. All kinds of office affairs are processed and solved by the application of intelligent devices on the Internet. Teaching material management in colleges and universities has always been a quite complex in the technical conditions are not perfect s difficult, involves many professional, class, school, various books, time, price, etc., in general, the university teaching material management and data source information data, there are all kinds of cross summary, so handwritten accomplished quite a complex problem, efficiency is very low, but also fail to understand the teaching material of inventory and materials for specific conditions, namely data is not transparent. But now the development of science and technology, we can use the computer to design a teaching material management system, let the computer process and save most of the activities, can strengthen the effective management of all kinds of resources, clear judgment decision, so as to greatly improve the efficiency and effect of teaching material management, better improve the school efficiency.

This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of the teaching material management system, aiming at improving the efficiency and effect of relevant personnel in teaching material management, facilitating the management of schools and teachers, realizing the systematization, standardization and modernization of teaching material management, and promoting the management level qualitatively.

The system is mainly divided into four functional modules, which are inbound and outbound management, information management, inventory query and cost management. C# language is mainly used to design the system, supplemented by SQL database management and storage of relevant data. Finally, the overall realization of the system is completed.

The features of this paper: the biggest feature of this system lies in the separation and concretization of system roles, namely, it is divided into three main roles of students (class), teachers and administrators. The purpose is to enable everyone in the teaching material management process to participate in the system, and to break the teaching material management system which was only operated by the teacher administrator or even the administrator in the past. Each role is clearly positioned and operates independently, resulting in interaction on the system, which greatly improves the utilization rate and efficiency of the system.

1.1项目的背景、目的和意义

高校教材是师生们教学学习和发展实践等行为的知识载体，是提高教学学习质量和效率的重要保证。教材作为师生间学习的媒介，一般分为教师用书和学生用书。而学校在如果管理教材上应该起到重要且关键的作用。应该做到尽量的节省管理教材时的人力物力，合理配置分配教材，将学校教材管理网络化系统化。同时随着时代的发展和社会的进步，教育改革的不断深入，越来越多的人们选择继续修学作为未来的发展和选择，而对应的高校招生规模的扩大，招生专业的增多，以及大量精品选修课的加入，这些都在加重教材的需求量，增加教材的种类，使得教材管理工作进一步的提高难度。

在教材管理难度提升的背景下，部分学校没有重视并解决这类问题，导致了学生们在校外购买教材，其中充斥着大量盗版书、二手书等质量不太过关的书籍。甚至有些学生因没有官方渠道而选择不去购买书籍，上课时两三人一本书直到考试结课，这种种乱象使得学生在课程学习上效率降低，老师也在课程授课上无法尽心尽力。此类问题应该得到学校相关部门的高度重视，亦可根据师生建议收集解决方案，创建一个较为妥善合理的教材管理系统，真正的解决教材问题，更好的服务于广大师生，也可提高教学质量，让学校的教学和发展得到进一步的提升。

而当今信息化的高度发展，使用计算机创建一个教材管理系统的方案可成为我们解决当前问题的优质选择。作为现代化的管理工具，使用计算机进行教材管理可以大大提高管理效率，师生只需登入系统，进行简单的操作，譬如输入教材名称数据即可查询到所需教材，申请进书购书就可完成师生需求，这些纸面上复杂冗长的操作在计算机上可以得到简单的体现和解决。再辅以数据库的数据储存功能，学校或相应教材管理负责人也可以清楚的看到最近的教材情况，提取数据创建表单，进行进一步教材管理的分析和完善。总体来说，以计算机作为工具，大大提高了各方人员管理处理工作的效率，是一个可以选择的优质方案。
