摘 要

随着计算机信息技术和互联网的飞速发展,网络信息技术已成为高校管理的重要组成部分,各大高校都已经实现内部网络基础设施建设,并且运用了如教务处管理、学生选课管理、学生成绩管理等信息化管理系统。然而,现行的高校学生管理信息化水平还处在初级阶段，对于学生每年的奖学金及荣誉称号评定工作目前仍采用手工方式，存在出错率高、有失公平性等隐患。

本文从武汉理工大学实际情况出发，采用B/S模式，以Visual Studio 2010为系统开发工具，选用SQL Server 2008作为数据库管理系统，设计和实现高校评优评先信息系统，实现学生信息的自动导入，按照公式自动进行学年成绩和综测成绩的计算,根据名额与成绩排名进行评选，并且能够查询修改各种信息,满足武汉理工大学进行评优评先工作的实际需求。

系统正式运行后，不仅能为武汉理工大学的评优评先工作提供优质、高效的业务管理和事务处理功能,提高工作效率；而且能提供一套安全可靠的计算机制，减少出错率，加大评选工作的公开透明性。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, the network of information technology has become an important part of the university management, the major colleges and universities have implemented internal network infrastructure, such as the Registry and use of management, student enrollment management, student achievement management and other information management systems. However, the current level of university student management information infancy, scholarships for students each year and the honorary title assessment work is still using manual methods, there is a high error rate, and so unfair risks.

From Wuhan University of the actual situation, the use of B / S model to Visual Studio 2010 development tools for the system, the choice of 2008 as the database management system, the design and implementation of University Scholarships and honorary title information system, student information is automatically imported SQL Server , automatic and comprehensive test results according to the formula to calculate the results of the academic year, according to the quota of judges and standings, and various modifications can query information to meet the actual needs of Wuhan University Scholarships and honorary title work.

After the formal operation, not only to provide work for the Scholarships and honorary title Wuhan University of Technology quality and efficient business management and transaction processing functions, improve work efficiency; and can provide a secure computer system, reduce error rates, increase transparency of the selection work.
