摘要

随着餐饮企业的发展，以及软件开发技术的逐步成熟，餐饮质量和成本管理系统使得原来繁重而又容易出错的餐饮企业质量和成本控制管理变得简单而有条理。能够节省大量的人员成本，也使管理变得可靠方便。

本系统是一个实现餐饮企业采购成本控制、库存和销售质量管理功能的信息系统，可适用于一般的餐饮企业管理及权限管理，是一个WEB网站应用程序。该系统通过将采购活动中的采购订单、采购单等信息进行增加、修改、删除完成成本的录入进而计算得出总成本并加以控制；同时通过入库活动录入材料库存信息，根据其中的过期时间以及销售管理中的退货情况来把控质量。该系统使用Microsoft公司的Microsoft Visual Studio 2013作为前台开发工具，微软公司的SQL Server 2012做后台数据库。文章论述了系统的设计与实现。

本论文根据当前餐饮企业发展的趋势，结合餐饮企业管理的实际，对餐饮企业质量和成本控制管理进行了重新分析和设计，对系统的关键业务和实现的技术方法作了详细的分析和探讨。

Abstract

With the gradual maturity of the development of food and beverage companies, as well as software development technology, food quality and cost management system makes the original onerous and error-prone catering enterprise quality and cost control management becomes simple and organized. It can save a lot of personnel costs, but also managed to become reliable and convenient.

This system is a catering business to achieve purchasing cost control, inventory and sales information systems quality management, applicable to the general management and catering business rights management, is a WEB site application. The system through the procurement activities of purchase orders, purchase orders and other information to add, modify, delete and then complete the entry cost is calculated total costs and controlled; the same time through the storage activity input material inventory information, according to which the expiration time sales management and return the case to control the quality. The system uses Microsoft's Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 as the onstage development kit, Microsoft's SQL Server 2012 database to do background. This paper discusses the design and implementation of the system.

In this paper, based on current trends in the development of catering enterprises, combined with the actual management of the catering business, catering enterprise quality management and cost control has been re-analysis and design of the system of key business and technical methods to achieve a detailed analysis and discussion.
