摘 要

在高校中，学生资助是一项非常重要的工作。随着学生资助体系的完善以及资助力度的加大，对于开展资助工作的要求也变得更高了。为了顺应时代发展，满足现实需求，将计算机信息技术与学生资助工作有机结合是实现这一目标的有效途径。

本文首先从高校资助的大背景出发，分析了武汉理工大学本科生贫困资助管理系统开发的目的和意义，然后联系该校资助工作的特点，理清了用户需求，梳理了系统的业务流程和数据流向，并在此基础上完成了系统的初步设计、详细设计以及实施测试的整个过程。

新系统基于B/S模式，采用SQL Server 2008和Visual Studio 2010平台，实现的主要功能包括：学生个人信息及家庭基本信息管理，贫困生信息采集、认定与管理，资助项目管理，各类资助项目申请评定管理，统计管理等。该系统的设计和开发简化了很多不必要的程序，有助于提高资助管理的工作效率，大大减少办公成本，使武汉理工大学资助信息化建设向前迈进了更大一步。

Abstract

Student Financial Assistance is an important part of the work of college students. With the college students financial assistance system gradually becoming complete and funding efforts and coverage increasing constantly, the requirements on the student financial assistance management are also becoming higher and higher. As a result, in order to comply with the development of the times and meet the real needs, a combination of the computer information technology and student financial assistance is an effective way to achieve this goal.

This thesis firstly analysis the purpose and significance of Wuhan University of Technology undergraduate poor students’ funding management system development under the background of Universities funded. Then according to general characteristics of student financial assistant at present, this thesis analysis the user demand of the system and combs the business processes and systems data flow. Based on the analysis and introduction, I completed the preliminary design, detailed design and System Implementation.

The main functions of the new system is based on B / S structure, using SQL Server 2008 database and Visual Studio 2010 platform, include: students basic information management, poor students information collection, identification and management, funded projects management, statistics management and so on. The design and development of this system simplify many unnecessary procedures. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of finance management, and greatly reduce office costs. And it makes funding information construction of Wuhan University of Technology develop rapidly.

1.1背景及意义

1.1.1研究背景

自上世纪90年代高校并轨制实施后，我国高等教育开始实施收费制度，加之高等教育大众化进程加快，高校中家庭经济困难学生日愈增多。资助管理作为高校的一项非常重要的工作，不仅关系到教育的发展，同时和家庭乃至社会的和谐也密不可分。目前武汉理工大学已经建立了包括奖学金、助学金、学生助学贷款、勤工助学、各类补助以及减免在内的全方位多层次的贫困资助体系，随着资助内容的逐渐增多以及资助力度的逐渐加大，对于开展资助工作的要求也变得更高了，仅依靠传统操作方式和管理办法早已跟不上社会的步伐，无法满足现实需要。

近年来，信息化技术发展迅猛，计算机和软件技术的作用范围不断扩大，管理信息系统便是信息技术和管理方法的结合产物。在这样的环境中，学校如果想要加快推进信息化建设的步伐，改善当前现实问题，将计算机信息技术与学生资助工作有机结合，同时结合科学的管理方法建立学生资助管理系统便是实现这一目标的有效途径。

本科生贫困资助管理系统是武汉理工大学信息化建设的重要环节。本课题的研究对于学校、各级工作人员以及学生等各类角色都有非常重要的意义。
