摘 要

随着社会的发展，大学生生活需求的日益增长，带动了高校社团的发展。高校社团的管理直接关系到学生日常生活。因此社团内部管理工作尤为重要。武汉理工大学信息管理协会创建于2014年。作为一个信息化团队，在社团内部管理工作上采取信息化管理方式。通过这套信息系统的建立，协会在管理方式上将由传统的纸质文档管理转移到信息数据管理。

为满足社团日常管理需要，系统包含了6个核心模块功能：个人数据管理维护、物资管理、请假管理、社团外部成员留言管理、邮件通知管理、社团内部项目管理、数据备份管理。各模块切实满足社团内部成员需求，且模块之间具有紧密沟通和联系。

本文将对信管协会综合信息管理系统各个模块的设计及开发过程进行详细说明。系统采取B/S模式、ASP.NET 4.0技术完成开发工作。开发工具使用Visual Studio 2013，数据库工具使用SQL Server 2014。

Abstract

With the development of society, the growing demand of college students has led to the development of University associations. The management of college associations is directly related to the daily life of students. Therefore, the internal management of the community is particularly important. The Information Management Association of Wuhan University of Technology was founded in 2014. As an information team, we should adopt information management in the internal management of associations. Through the establishment of this information system, the association will transfer from the traditional paper management to the information data management in the management mode.

In order to meet the daily management needs of the community, the system includes 6 core module functions: personal data management maintenance, material management, leave management, external members' message management, mail notification management, community internal project management, and data backup management. Each module can effectively meet the needs of members in the community, and there is close communication and connection between modules.

This article will explain in detail the design and development process of each module of the information management system of the Information Management Association. The system adopts B/S mode and ASP.NET 4.0 to complete the development work. The development tool uses Visual Studio 2013, and the database tool uses SQL Server 2014.

第1章 绪论

1.1 系统开发背景

随着信息技术的飞跃发展，信息技术已经完全渗透到各行各业。同时，信息资源已成为社会及高校重要的财富和资源。各大高校于十几年前开始大规模推动高校内信息化建设。通过信息化设备对学生进行信息化教学、信息化管理，在一定程度上减轻了管理者的工作负担，同时取得更好的教学效果。至今，信息化建设已基本覆盖了高校的教学、科研、管理等各个领域，并且取得了很大的进步。随着高校内学生生活需求的日益增长，高校社团数量出现了井喷式增长。然而，大多数社团内都没有一个完整地信息系统管理日常工作。随着社团工作业务的增加、人员的流动，传统的管理方式不但不能满足现有的管理需求，而且对社团将来的发展也会造成很大的局限。因此，社团自己拥有一个满足社团管理需求的信息系统，也是高校社团近年来不断壮大的迫切需要。

长期以来，国内高校社团管理方式一直比较局限。在信息化建设水平和管理水平上没有高校教学管理先进。经过了解，学校里的大多数社团存在以下问题：
