摘 要

随着科学技术的快速发展，计算机技术已经逐渐渗入我们日常生活中的每一个角落，而一个企业想要在这种竞争激烈的全球大市场中取得一席之地，我们就必须利用一切的先进技术、手段来提升自己的实力，利用计算机技术来加强企业的管理就是一个非常有效的手段。一个企业能否发展起来，能否长久不衰，管理手段是相当重要的一部分。在信息化时代，传统的管理方式早已不能跟上时代的脚步，满足企业的发展需求，只有利用各种信息管理系统来加强企业的管理，才能保证企业在市场中有足够的竞争力。

对于医药行业而言，如今行业竞争日益激烈，我国医药行业增速已经开始持续降低。有关数据表明近年来，药品生产销售收入增长速度逐渐缓慢，自2011年起，医药行业增长速度已从20%、18%、13%降至9%左右。从市场销售额来看，未来五年中国对于整体全球市场的增长贡献率可能从19%降至13%，而美国市场随着众多新产品的上市以及医改政策的随时调整，其增速贡献远超预期。医药行业急需转型，医药企业一直在寻找有效的突围路径。而调整企业的管理方式，利用计算机技术的发展，利用完善的管理信息系统将企业的管理水平尽力提升，这无疑是一个增加企业在国内甚至全世界医药行业的竞争力的有效手段。

Abstract

With the fast progress of science technology, computer technology has gradually penetrated into every corner of our daily life. An enterprise must use all the advanced technology, means to enhance their own strength an enterprise if it wants to get a place in this highly competitive global market, a very effective means is the use of computer technology to strengthen the management of enterprises. Whether a business can develop, whether long-lasting, management means is a very important part. In the information age, the traditional management has long been unable to keep up with the pace of the times to meet the development needs of enterprises, only the use of a variety of information management system to strengthen the management of enterprises in order to ensure that enterprises in the market have enough competitiveness.

For the pharmaceutical industry, the industry is increasingly competitive today; China's pharmaceutical industry growth has begun to continue to decline. According to the survey, pharmaceutical production and sales revenue growth rate gradually slow in recent years, since 2011, the pharmaceutical industry growth rate from 20%, 18%, 13% to 9%.According to the market sales, China's overall global market growth contribution rate may be reduced from 19% to 13% in next five years. 随着时代的不断进步，科技的持续发展，计算机技术已经在各行各业得到应用并且大展身手，取得了相当完美的成绩。计算机技术的发展带动了其他各个行业的快速进步，证明了它的巨大潜力。实现企业信息化管理是增加企业经济效益的有效手段之一，信息化管理系统能够及时有效地为企业工作人员提供其所需要的数据资料，方便企业能够根据自身的情况做出最好的决断，位企业的发展提供更好的条件。为了保证能在行业市场上站稳脚跟，拥有足够的竞争力，企业应该加强对信息化技术的重视，努力利用信息化技术来帮助提升自身的管理水平。

当前我国医药行业还有很多工作流程仍然是人工操作，不但工作效率而且质量不高，这已经严重阻碍了医药行业的发展与进步。没有先进的信息化管理系统帮助企业完善管理，导致企业各部门无法及时获得有效的数据，难以把握行业市场竞争的先机，从而造成巨大的经济损失。信息化管理能够帮助企业提高运营效率，获得更高的利润率，企业需要对信息化管理有足够的重视，一个完善的医药库存管理系统使企业发展中不可或缺的一部分，系统安全高效地在企业中运行将为企业的又好又快发展提供有效的支撑。
