1.目的及意义

For Santana, the brake system is an important system on the chassis of Santana, and it is the device that restricts the movement of the automobile, and the brake is a key device in the brake system which directly restricts the movement of the automobile. It is the most important safety part on the automobile. The braking performance of the automobile directly affects the driving safety of the automobile. With the rapid development of the highway industry and the increasing density of the vehicle flow, people demand more and more safety and reliability. In order to ensure the safety of persons and vehicles, Santana must be equipped with a very reliable braking system. This graduation project is entitled Santana car braking system design. In this paper, the design scheme of Santana car braking system is determined by using professional basic theory and professional knowledge, and the design calculation and structure design of the parts are carried out, which make it meet the following requirements: sufficient braking efficiency to ensure the safety of the car.

With the increasing safety of the automobile, the braking system of the automobile has undergone several changes and improvements. Foreign brakes range from the original leather friction brake to the drum brake, the disc brake, and the mechanical ABS brake system. Followed by the development of electronic technology, analogue electronic ABS braking system, digital electronic control ABS braking system, and so on. In the last 10 years, the western developed countries have developed the research on the automobile wire control system, and the wire control braking system has emerged as the times require. In brief, the electronic-controlled mechanical brake system is to drive the original hydraulic or compressed air. The moving part is changed to the motor drive, so as to improve the responsivity, increase the braking efficiency, at the same time greatly simplify the structure and reduce the difficulty of assembly and maintenance. Many braking technologies are based on advanced foreign technologies. At present, more brakes used in China are disc brakes and drum brakes. In general, the structure is relatively simple. The electrically controlled mechanical brake system with integrated and reliable function is more and more popular.

The braking performance is one of the most important performances of the vehicle because the braking performance is directly related to the traffic and personal safety. Improving the braking performance of a vehicle is always an important task for the department of automobile design, manufacture and use. When the vehicle is braking, the vehicle is subjected to forces opposite to the driving direction. As a result, the speed of the vehicle gradually decreases to zero. The analysis of the vehicle force in this process is helpful to the analysis and design of the braking system. Therefore, the analysis of the force situation during the braking process is the basis of the vehicle test and design. Because of the complexity of the process, it is generally used in practice Only simplified model analysis can be established in this paper. Usually, people mainly analyze and evaluate the braking process from three aspects:

1) braking efficiency: that is, braking distance and braking deceleration;

2) the invariability of braking efficiency: that is, heat resistance;

3) directional stability of the car during braking
