1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求

本课题对已经构建好的来源于海洋细菌Pedobacter sp.NJ-02中褐藻胶裂解酶AlyPL6基因进行重组表达和亲和纯化，并利用介孔氧化钛对重组酶进行固定化研究，并对重组酶及固定化酶的底物特异性、生化性质和产物进行ESI-MS及薄层色谱分析等研究内容进行研究。
