摘 要
炔酰胺作为重要的化学中间体,近年来受到了越来越多的重视,二十一世纪之初见证了许多出版物报道了炔酰胺新的反应或合成序列的发展。
出于对炔酰胺的氧化反应研究的兴趣,本文在课题组已有的研究基础上主要对NIS促进的炔酰胺的氧化反应进行了系统的研究。
本文采用CuSO4·5H2O作为催化剂,1,10-邻菲罗琳作配体,碳酸钾作碱,甲苯作溶剂的条件下亚酰胺与炔基溴在80oC反应生成炔酰胺。炔酰胺再在NIS(N-碘代丁二酰亚胺)作反应试剂,乙腈作溶剂的条件下反应,得到炔酰胺的氧化反应产物α-酮酰胺。

ABSTRACT
Ynamide as an important chemical intermediate, in recent years has been more and more attention, the beginning of the twenty-first century many publications reported the development of new reactions ynamide or synthetic sequence.
Out of interest for the oxidation reaction of alkyne amide, This Review based on the research group on the main The oxidation reaction of alkyne amide promoted by NIS are systematically stated.
In this paper, CuSO4·5H2O as a catalyst, 1,10 - phenanthroline as ligand under, potassium carbonate as base, toluene as a solvent,alkyne bromide and imide reaction produce ynamide at 80oC. Then alkynyl amide under the reaction conditions,NIS (N-iodosuccinimide) as reagent,acetonitrile as a solvent under the reaction conditions, the oxidation reaction product of an alkynyl amide is α-keto amide.
