摘 要

未成年人是国家的未来和希望，未成年人的成长关系到民族的兴衰。然而近年来，未成年人犯罪的问题越来越严重，引起了社会各界的广泛关注。针对犯罪未成年人与成年人在生理和心理上的不同特点，在对这类群体进行矫正时，应采用特殊的矫正理念与矫正方法，因此社区矫正应运而生。本文旨在分析社区矫正对未成年犯教育和改造的积极意义、研究社会工作理念和方法在社区矫正中的具体运用、概括总结外国社区矫正项目的先进经验，期望能够起到抛砖引玉的效果，引发共同探讨，为我国的未成年犯社区矫正制度的建设和完善提供有利的参考。

Social Work Intervene To Juvenile Offenders Community Correction

Abstract

Minors are the future and hope of the country, the growth of juvenile concerns the rise and fall of the nation.However,in recent years,juvenile delinquency problem is becoming more and more serious. It is widely concerned by people all over the world.Considering the juvenile offenders are different with adult offenders in both psychological and physiological characteristics, we should use special correction theories and methods,so a new method called community correction came into being. This paper aims to study the positive significance of the community correction for juvenile offenders, the specific applications of the ideas and methods in community corrections,the advanced experience of foreign countries’ correction projects, and hope to provide reference to establish the community correction system in China. Hoping this can trigger more discussions and provide a helpful reference to establish the perfect community correction system.
