摘 要

大三的时候我们专业通过《硕研国际结算实验室模拟实训系统》进行了规范的国际结算模拟实验。通过模拟操作各类国际结算业务，能完整地了解业务操作流程和掌握各种单证、报文填写要点，能够加深对国际结算理论知识和详细业务流程的认识。但在操作的过程中，我们发现福费廷等未被包含其中且案例数量不足缺乏多样化的模拟情境等问题。

在我国福费廷业务的发展前景十分广阔,且迅速，但是对福费廷业务的研究范围还是非常狭隘，研究成果存在明显不足。在根据案例研究及进行报文单证编制和具体流程介绍的研究和资料比较缺少，相应的单据模板分布的较为分散，搜集起来比较麻烦。各界研究人士对业务案例撰写的研究还是相对比较多的。对于业务流程设计的研究，针对不同的条件，其业务流程、操作步骤、操作要点也不同需要依据具体的福费廷业务具体设计。本文主要内容包括针对福费廷业务编写三个实验案例、根据案例情节结合实践设计相关业务流程、相关单证报文的编制，并对其中涉及到的国际结算的知识点加以标注解释。研究福费廷模拟实验设计的目的在于进一步了解和开发福费廷业务模拟实验，对福费廷等国际贸易融资业务开发模拟实验模块，最终嵌入其原有系统，达到改进和完善《国际结算模拟实验教学平台》的目的，使模拟实验更贴近当今国际贸易融资业务的发展趋势。

Forfaiting business simulation design

Abstract

We carried out normative international settlement simulation experiments through "Shuo Yan training system of international settlement" when we were college junior. By simulating the operations of various types of international settlement business, we can fully understand the business operation process and master the messages to fill in the point of all kinds of documents. And to deepen the theoretical knowledge of international settlement and the understanding of business processes in detail. However, in the process of operation, we found some problems such as forfeiting is not included, insufficient number of cases, lack of diversity simulation situation and other issues and so on.

Forfaiting business has developed rapidly in our country and the prospect is very broad. However the study of forfaiting business range is very narrow and the research results obviously inadequate. According to the case studies and compilation and specific message documents research is lack of data, the distribution of the corresponding document template is more dispersed. It is hard for us to gather up. Researchers’ study on business case writing is relatively more than others. For the study of the business process design, business processes, procedures, operating key points need to be designed according to specific forfaiting business and different conditions. In this paper, the design content mainly includes the three cases writing on forfaiting business, business process design and fill in the documents of message. The aim of research on forfaiting simulation experiment design is further understanding and developing forfaiting business simulations, make it finally embedded in the original system, to improve and perfect the international settlement simulation experiment teaching platform and make the simulation more close to the development trend in today's international trade financing business.

第一章 绪论

1.1 设计背景

福费廷业务实质是新型的贸易融资业务产品，是对债务人为金融机构的应收账款的无追索权贴现。且与出口贸易密切相关，一般存在于大宗型商品交易之中，具有进出口经营权，其最大的特点就是无追索权。随着福费廷业务在各国间不断蓬勃开展起来，福费廷已经成为一种广受欢迎的国际贸易方式。福费廷业务的兴起与发展对国际贸易的往来具有重大的意义。我国目前几乎所有的商业银行都推出了福费廷业务，并加入了国际福费廷协会。
