摘 要
随着时代的和社会的发展变化,当前制造企业逐渐由单一品种(少品种)大批量生产模式向多品种、小批量的生产模式转变。当前我国制造业在异常曲折的过程中谋求发展,企业想要取得长足发展就需要具有现代生产管理意识,采用现代生产管理方法来管理生产系统,提高柔性化及时响应市场的生产能力,已成为影响和决定企业兴衰的关键因素。在当前多样化的市场需求形势下,如何加强制造企业生产快速响应机制,适应快速变化的市场环境是一个重要的问题,我们需要认真思考。本文探讨同维电子制造公司应当如何运用快速响应策略来生产管理,提高产效和产能,讨论快速响应策略在电子制造业运用的可行性,并制定出一系列的部门优化方法,寻求最合适的生产管理优化路径,建立合理的信息支撑环境,使生产周期大大缩短,提高企业快速反应能力,从而使企业的产品战略上与市场同步,保持产品竞争力,使企业具有前瞻性与快速反应性。

Abstract
With the changing times, the development of society, the current manufacturing enterprises gradually to more variety, small batch production mode, instead of a single species (fewer species) mass production mode. China's manufacturing industry has experienced a tortuous process, in the current market environment, companies with modern production management awareness, use of modern production and management methods to manage the production and operation of the system, to improve the flexibility of production capacity, improve market responsiveness, has become influence and determine the rise and fall of the key factors. In the current situation the diversified market demands, how to strengthen the manufacturing companies producing rapid response mechanism to adapt to rapidly changing market environment is an important issue that we need to think deeply. This article discusses how the same dimension electronics manufacturing company should use rapid response strategies to production management, improve production efficiency and capacity, to discuss the feasibility of rapid response strategy in the electronics manufacturing industry use and to develop a series of sectoral optimization method to find the most suitable production management optimization path, establish a rational information support environment that greatly shorten the production cycle, improve rapid response capabilities, so that the company's product strategy with the market, maintaining product competitiveness, so that enterprises with forward-looking and fast reactivity.
