摘 要

在经济全球化的今天，资本的自由流动对中国来说既是机遇又是挑战，其中主要就是人民币汇率波动对其的作用。因此，本文准备剖析人民币汇率的波动变化对中国跨境资本流动的影响，从长期和短期两个时间段进行图表分析，通过相应的理论和数据支撑，对人民币汇率波动的影响提出笔者自己的理解。

首先，定义汇率制度并进行分类，回顾中国汇率制度的变革，为接下来相对应的内容奠定基础。其次，对人民币汇率十年来的波动展开剖析，分别探究了与美元相关和与中国实际的购买力相关的，两种形式的人民币汇率，对其10年间的震荡情况进行梳理。最主要的是，通过不同的计算方法得到相应的资本流动数据，将其按时间的不同分为长期资本和短期资本，然后按照前人研究出来的方法进行计算，尤其在一年以内的资本流动上，分别运用了直接和间接的方法进行图表的绘制和比对，得出最近十年的变化内容。最后，对全文的数据进行研究和整合，总结出人民币汇率波动在长期和短期两个时期对中国的资本流动产生的不同的影响。文章结尾提出笔者认为中国可以采取的应对措施，希望可以使中国在以后的经济活动中得到改善和发展。

The Impact of RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuation on China's Cross - Border Capital Flow

Abstract

In the economic globalization,the free flow of capital for China is both an opportunity and a challenge, which is mainly the functions of the RMB exchange rate. Therefore, this paper intends to analyze the impact of fluctuations in the RMB exchange rate on China's cross-border capital flows. From the long and short two periods of time, the impact of fluctuations in the RMB exchange rate will be explained through the corresponding theory and datat.

First of all, I will define and classify the exchange rate system and review the reform of China's exchange rate system, which is the foundation of the next content. Secondly, we will analyze the changes of the RMB in 10 years, respectively. we can explore the dollar and relate to the actual purchasing power of China and sort out the situation about its 10 years of shock. The most important thing is to get the corresponding capital flow information through different calculation methods. Capital flow will be divided into two forms according to time, which is Long - term capital and short - term capital. And then it will be sort out with the previous study. We will use direct and indirect methods to draw and compare the chart of the one year or less capital flow, which is the last decade of changes. Finally, i will study and integrate the full text of data and sum up the RMB exchange rate fluctuations in the long and short period. At the end of the article, the author puts forward some views that China can take measures to cope with, hoping to make China improve in the future economic.

第一章 引言

1.1选题背景与意义

改革开放之后，中国的经济更好更多的与其他发达国家的经济相结合，在全球经济联系更紧密的影响下，中国的跨境资本流动规模不断扩大。90年代以来，与跨境资本流动密切相关的金融危机频繁爆发，尤其是在2008年金融危机以后，中国的跨境资本流动的相应变化就更受到了重视。从外汇管理局提供的数据可以看出来，2000年到2014年上半年左右，中国经常账户、资本和金融账户均呈现出了较长时间的双顺差，国家增加了在外汇方面的储备。然而，从2014年下半年开始，虽然中国的经常账户仍然呈现持续的顺差现象，但是资本和金融账户开始发生相反的变化，中国的外汇储备余额由升转降。

近年来，美联储结束了从08年金融危机以来进行的三轮的量化宽松政策。即不再进行一直以来用其他别的方式发行钱币增加通货的流动，各个州的经济开始好转。同时进行了连续三次的加息，使得人民币兑美元的汇率变化增加，造成明显的本国资本向国外流失。

中国对世界各国的资本变动由时期限制的不一致，可以分为短期和长期两种资本流动形式，各类投资者通过这两种模式的选择来获取对自己有利的回报和机遇。长期跨境资本流动是指时间在1年以上或者没有确定的时间说明的资本变动，主要体现在外来资本的直接投资和企业买卖有价证券获得相应利润等方面，但中国货币汇率的波动对其在短时间内的影响不显著。短期资本流动则是指1年以内的资本转移改变，人民币汇率波动对其作用显著，本文要深入探析这个问题。
