摘 要

随着信息化社会的到来，医疗领域同样也面临着信息化的重大改革，而医院网上预约则是其中重要的改革方向之一。比起传统的排队就诊模式，医院网上预约能够方便患者就诊，节省患者的等待时间，提升患者的满意度，并且也能有利于医院资源的合理配置，提高医院效率。

本设计按照系统规划、分析、设计、实施、运行与维护的顺序阐述了一个小型医院网上预约系统的设计与开发过程。本系统采用模块化的设计方法，运用ASP.NET技术、C#语言进行开发，后台则使用SQL Server 2014进行数据库管理。用户可以使用此平台完成注册登录、评论留言、查看站内新闻、查询医生信息、预约就诊等操作。系统管理员则可以利用此平台对用户、医生、科室、预约等信息进行管理。期望能为今后医院网上预约系统的设计与开发提供有用的参考意见。

Design and Development of Hospital Online Appointment System Based on ASP.NET

ABSTRACT

With the advent of the information society, the medical field is also facing a major reform of information technology, and hospital online appointment is one of the important reform directions. Compared with the traditional queuing mode, online appointments in hospitals can facilitate patient visits, save patients' waiting time, improve patient satisfaction, and can also facilitate the rational allocation of hospital resources and improve hospital efficiency.

This design explains the design and development process of a small hospital online appointment system in the order of system planning, analysis, design, implementation, operation and maintenance. This system adopts a modular design method, uses ASP.NET technology and C# language for development, and the back-end uses SQL Server 2014 for database management. Users can use this platform to complete operations such as registering and logging in, commenting on messages, viewing news on the site, querying doctor information, and making appointments for medical treatment. System administrators can use this platform to manage users, doctors, departments, appointments and other information. It is expected to provide useful reference opinions for the design and development of the hospital online appointment system in the future.

绪论

项目背景及意义

随着人们生活水平的提高，大多数人不用再担心负担不起医药费，而是在身体出现不适时就选择立即就医。但医院不断增加的患者人数给以往的窗口排队挂号模式带来了巨大的冲击，排队挂号的时间过长会浪费群众的就医时间，降低患者对医院服务的满意度，影响医院的正常就医环境并且也不利于医院资源的合理分配。

互联网技术的高速发展为上述问题带来了解决方案。计算机网络把我们带入了信息化社会，医疗领域同样也面临着信息化的重大改革。利用互联网改善医疗服务是医院服务发展的一个重要方向，而医院网上预约是其中的重要组成部分之一。
