摘 要

如今的社会城市，经济快速发展，人口不断增升，看似繁华的背后，莫不是产生出了诸多相关的问题。随处可见的交通拥堵和环境污染等，又在不停地向我们暗示着什么？城市改造已经到了刻不容缓的地步了。据国内外研究表明，地下空间资源虽然能很好地解决这些问题。但由于其开发难度大，利用不够彻底。于是乎，如何科学、高效地对城市地下空间进行开发利用又变成了这些问题的根本所在。

本文采用文献研究法等来探索了城市地下空间开发利用的模式、分布特征及其演变机制。论文第一、二章主要是对研究背景、意义、方法及城市地下空间相关理论和布局的介绍。第三章和第四章则是讲解了城市地下空间利用的模式及其发展趋势，并结合实际提出了在开发过程中所面临的问题和造成原因。最后两章则是通过对国内外经典案例的分析来给予其建议及意见，以促进城市地下空间的进一步开发和社会更好的发展。

ABSTRACT

Today's social cities, rapid economic development, increasing population, seemingly prosperous behind, is not produced many related problems. What do traffic jams and environmental pollution all over the world imply to us? Urban renewal has reached the point of urgency. According to domestic and foreign studies, underground space resources can solve these problems well. But because its development is difficult, the utilization is not thorough enough. Therefore, how to develop and utilize urban underground space scientifically and efficiently becomes the root of these problems.

This paper uses the literature research method to explore the pattern, distribution characteristics and evolution mechanism of urban underground space development and utilization. The first and second chapters of the thesis mainly introduce the research background, significance, methods, theories and layout of urban underground space. The third and fourth chapters explain the mode of urban underground space utilization and its development trend, and put forward the problems and causes in the process of development. The last two chapters give their suggestions and opinions through the analysis of classical cases at home and abroad, so as to promote the further development of urban underground space and the better development of society.
