摘 要

信息化、科技化的社会的到来为青少年的便捷的获取全世界的信息营造了良好环境的同时，也不可避免的带来了弊端。在当代众多媒介所营造的“拟态环境”中，许多青少年沉迷其中却不自知，在自我和社会的两个维度的影响下渐渐形成对媒介的依存，甚至产生媒介依存症的症状，渐渐脱离社会，影响人格的形成及自我的发展。

青少年过度媒介依存的状况已经被多个学科的学者注意，传播学、心理学、教育学、医学等众多学科都进行了有关青少年媒介依存情况的相关研究，只是各学科的研究侧重点不同。社会科学领域对青少年媒介依存情况的研究还处于刚刚起步的阶段，相关的研究较少。但是社会工作学科在处理此类问题时有着其他学科无法替代的优势，采用社会工作的方法来促进此问题的解决十分有必要。

本文旨在采用问卷调查的手法探求青少年媒介依存症的成因及危害，借鉴社会工作处理网瘾等相似问题的工作经验，发掘社会工作领域专业的工作理论与工作模式以探求合适的工作方法帮助青少年摆脱媒介依存，正常的融入社会，实现自我的价值，营造更为和谐的社会环境。

Abstrat

Informatization of society, science and technology for the arrival of teenagers has created a good environment and convenient access to information all over the world .at the same time, also inevitably bring about abuses. In contemporary "mimetic environment" created by many media, many teenagers indulge didn't know it, in the two dimensions of self and society gradually formed under the influence of the media dependent and even produce medium dependent disease symptoms, gradually from the society, play a role in the development of personality and self development.

Youth excessive media dependent status has been scholars pay attention to multiple disciplines, communication, psychology, pedagogy, medicine, and many other disciplines are carried on the related research to the youth medium dependent, just different research emphasis of each course. Social science research on youth media dependent situation is still in its beginning stage, related research is less. But social work discipline in handling such problems with other disciplines irreplaceable advantage, adopt the method of social work to promote this problem is very necessary.

The purpose of this paper is to use the technique of questionnaire for adolescents medium dependent disease causes and harm of using social work deals with the problem of Internet addiction and other similar working experience, explore to professional in the field of social work theory and working model to explore the suitable method to work help teenagers to get rid of the medium dependent through the case study, combined with the theory to explore medium dependent normal teenagers into society, realize self value.

第一章 绪论

1.1选题背景

1.1.1理论背景

媒介依存的现象不是在当代社会才产生的，有着深厚的历史背景，只是表现的方式与手段有差异。早在1976年，《大众传播理论》的作者梅尔文·德弗勒与鲍尔·基洛奇就在该书中提出了媒介依赖理论。概念的核心为个体单位的自然人的日常需求与媒介对其的影响呈正相关的关系，即越是通过媒介来寻求需求的满足，媒介对其产生的影响就越大。除了宏观的研究之外，学者也对媒介依赖的微观个体进行了研究，如日本学者林雄二郎提出的“电视人”的概念和随后其它的日本学者提出的“容器人”的概念。伴随着媒介的发展而成长起来的青少年的媒介依赖的情况早在上个世纪80年代就已经获得了学者的关注与深思。在21世纪互联网繁荣的今日，媒介依赖与新媒介依赖更是成为了学者们重点关注的社会现实，青少年的媒介素养教育也是青少年教育中的重要的一部分。社会工作者与学者们在迷恋、成瘾方面已经做了大量的实证及理论研究，青少年的媒介依存症从某种程度上说也是迷恋、成瘾的一种表现形式，以社会工作专业的技巧与方法对青少年媒介依存的现象来进行研究是一种新的思路与方法，也是本文将全力探求的新视域。
