摘 要

改革开放以来，随着我国的发展，农民工这个劳动群体也在不断地扩大与发展。随着时间的推移，农民工也会更新换代，于是出现新生代农民工这个特殊的群体。新生代农民工是一个以80后和90后为主体的人群，他们正在逐渐的取代慢慢老去的上一代农民工，已然成为当前社会发展的中坚力量。随着经济结构战略性调整和工业化、城镇化进程的加快，新生代农民工城市融入问题成为社会和理论界关注的热点话题。新生代农民工城市融入问题是在全面建设小康社会，落实科学发展观，构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下提出的，它与我国工业化、城镇化发展以及现代化进程相呼应，是历史发展的必然趋势，也是解决农民工出现后所产生的诸多经济社会问题的关键。

本文是针对河北省新生代农民工城市融入问题的研究，根据问卷调查的结果，从经济、社会和心理三个层面对新生代农民工城市融入的现状进行分析。进而找到阻碍城市融入进程的因素，最后通过对前文的总结与分析，从三个方面提出建议，促进新生代农民工城市融入进程。第一是推进户籍制度的改革与创新，打破城乡分割的二元体制，完善教育制度，解决农民工子弟上学、升学难的问题，完善劳动就业政策，加强有关部门的监察力度，保障农民工的合法权益，第二是营造良好的融入氛围，增加新生代农民工与城市居民接触交往的机会，第三是从农民工自身出发，新生代农民工要不断学习“充电”，提升自身的软实力，还要调整好心态，培养自己的抗击、抗压能力，积极主动地去融入城市社会。

Abstract

Since reform and opening, with the development of our country, the labor of migrant workers groups are constantly expanding and developing. Over time, migrant workers will be upgrading, so there is the new generation of migrant workers this special group. Generation of migrant workers is a 80 and 90 as the main body of the crowd, they are gradually replaced slowly grow old generation of migrant workers, has become the backbone of the current social development. With the strategic economic restructuring and industrialization, speed up the process of urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers into the urban social problems become the focus of attention and theoretical topics. Generation of migrant workers into the city is a problem in building a moderately prosperous society, to implement the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society under the background of raised it with China's industrialization, urbanization and modernization process development echoes, they are the inevitable development of history trend, but also solve many economic and social problems of migrant workers after the emergence of the generated key.

This paper is a study into the problem of generation of migrant workers for the city of Hebei Province, according to the findings of the survey, from an economic, social and psychological status of the three levels of the new generation of migrant workers into the city were analyzed. Further into the city to find obstacle course factors, and finally by the foregoing summary and analysis of proposals from three aspects, to promote the process of generation of migrant workers into the city. 1.1.1研究的目的

随着我国经济实力和综合国力的不断加强，新生代农民工城市化是发展的必然趋势，但就目前情况来看，城市化进程中依然面临着重重困难。我的家乡在河北省，环绕着首都，处于京津冀经济协同发展都市圈，2014年，国家将京津冀协同发展上升为重大国家战略，很多人欢呼“河北省最好的发展时机来了”，但目前而言河北省与北京、天津两市存在很大的落差，从农民工流动方面存在着一定程度上的不平衡的现象，大量的河北籍农民工选择到发展较快的北京、天津两市就业，结果造成对京津地区巨大的流动人口压力，同时也对社会的和谐稳定发展产生隐患。我省在农民工方面依然存在着很多问题，因此，要想促进津京冀地区经济协同发展，则必须全面提高河北省的核心竞争力与发展水平，刻不容缓，在此背景下，我省的新生代农民工城市融入问题也是一个急需解决的问题，所以我认为本文对城镇化进程中河北省新生代农民工城市社会融入问题的研究的话题非常有意义。
